Diamond Ring Cover
I have recently purchased a Diamond Ring and due to its value I wanted to insure it against loss, damage, theft, I purchased the ring from a high class jewellers in Leicester and saw information about Zing, I made an enquiry and the reply I I had was prompt, courtesy well explained and I decided to proceed with the cover, when I had questions the gentlemen who replied to my enquiries were so professional and customer focused and I’m confident that in the unlikely event of a claim this will be managed with the same efficiency and professionalism, I recommend this company 100% from what I have so far experienced .

Bought Rolex watch and needed insurance
I bought a Rolex watch ad naturally I needed insurance, my son bought a Rolex at the same time but from a different retailer. In his paperwork there was a leaflet from Zing, I read through the information and contacted Zing to see if I could also insure mine with them. The whole process was so easy, all the staff were very helpful and friendly, 100%

Zing Cover truly redefines insurance
Zing Cover truly redefines product insurance. Their team is exceptionally approachable and willing to assist, a refreshing change in this sector. I initially came to them via a watch purchase, and I am genuinely pleased with the decision. The balance of comprehensive cover and competitive pricing was excellent, and adding another of my watches to the policy was easy.
When a request of mine fell outside the usual remit, they still went above and beyond to help. I must also highly commend Mat and Chris, who are both incredibly professional yet easy to deal with. They have clearly aimed to revolutionise a niche insurance product, and in my view, they have succeeded brilliantly. Highly recommended.

I have never dealt with a company who…respond to emails in lightening quick time
I have never dealt with a company who reply so promptly to emails, this was done with professionalism but also a personal touch.
I corresponded with Mat and he was the epitome of helpfulness and efficiency.
I also found the process of getting a quote very easy, this in comparison to another company I tried, who asked a barrage of questions and that required me to hold on the phone for a not insignificant amount of time.
