Horrible Support

I bought the software and remote service. They sent me a list of dates available but no way to schedule. Support lines are always busy, chat said they would look into it, called sales because sales always responds and they said they would look into it, I have been trying to contact them and since yesterday afternoon (Sept 4) until today (4:30 pm) not a single contact from them. I wanted remote because I thought it would be better for me in terms of time. That, of course, is now pretty much a joke. I am going to do the transfer myself and ask for a refund for the remote service. Software may be good but the company leaves a lot to be desired.

Did not move everything and what it did move was not right. Only about half of the files and drivers. Windows then did not work correct and the only way of fixing this was to reset the computer and start all over and install everything one by one. Support none to be had and now been almost 1 month and still have not been able to get a response to my emails for a refund.

Easy to use, and I used with confidence that everything would be transferred easily. Thank you

They're right, zinstall does it all for you. Just sit back and watch it go! Well worth the price.

I purchased the Zinstall program. .Was following instructions, everything was going smoothing. I hit a roadblock and contacted the support team. These guys/gals were experts in their field . Found the problem and I was running again. All files, data, programs and various other papers, photos etc were transferred smoothly. It is nice to know that there are still companies that do what they say. Btw, I am 78 yrs Old and they made it easy for me to understand. Thanks again Zinstall

This is good software and I'm someone who spent a long time in IT doing backups and restores.

It may take a long time because my new laptop does not have an ethernet connection so I had to do it WIFI.

It may be pricey but it worked perfectly. I recommend it.

Once I got my fire wall issues resolved, ZInstall worked perfectly. I started it around 5:00pm and let it run during the night - next morning everything was moved over. It was easy to install on both computers and I have already suggested its use to several of my friends since we are all in the same boat - no more Windows 10.

My wife had to buy a new computer because her old computer had 8.1. I am not a computer whiz and know enough to get in trouble. Purchased Zinstall and it was the best money spent. I don't know if it helped but I linked the computers with a CAT 5 (network) cable. All information including programs were transferred with no glitches. Was totally satisfied.

Because my old laptop did not meet the specs required to install Win11 and Microsoft was about to discontinue support for Win10 I had to replace it with a new machine. Zinstall worked exactly as advertised. I followed the simple directions to download it to both devices, walked away for a couple of hours and came back to my new laptop looking and operating exactly like the old one. Great app and worth every penny!

Great software to transfer data, software and other settings from Old computer to New seamlessly.
The dashboard provided real time update on the migration and percentage complete.
Highly recomended and does nto require any special techinical knowledge and self explanatory through menu.
Once tarnsfered the New PC was up and runnign without the need to carry any further updates.

I don’t know what I’m doing with IT. So changing to a new computer was pretty scary. This software was worth every penny. Everthing transferred and worked!! Just needed to refresh a couple of passwords. When I contacted Zinstall for help at one point the reply was instant. Best advice is get organised with microsoft account details first. Don’t use internet as very slow and subject to failure. Link your new and old computers using the USB cable (saves time) or save to a drive (container in Zinstall language) and then install from there. Very happy and feeling pretty smug that I did it 😁

ZINSTALL is a great product! I recently rebuilt my Windows 10 computer with new motherboard, CPU, RAM, and fast M2 NVME drive. I knew it was going to be a bit challenging trying to install Windows 11 and transfer all my apps, files and Windows 10 program settings to the new computer so I bought ZINSTALL Migration Kit Pro, made a Zinstall container file & saved it on a portable drive. After installing ZINSTALL on the new Windows 11 computer I used it to access the ZINSTALL container from the portable drive onto the new Win 11 computer and restored all of my apps, files and Windows 10 settings to the Win 11 computer. Wow! It worked really well. I chatted with a Zinstall rep before I did the Win 11 Zinstall process and got some great guidance. It was worth every penny and saved me a lot of time and effort. I've built quite a few computers for myself, family & friends over the years - - the Windows 11 hardware build and OS installation from an ISO I put on a USB was harder than the others and I am glad I had ZINSTALL to help me make sure my new Win 11 computer works smoothly. ZINSTALL is a great product!

I purchased this software to transfer all my files, settings, programs, etc. to my new computer. As expected it took a while to make the transfer. I was totally surprised the all my information transferred without any problems network and connectivity wise. I highly recommend this software, well worth the money.

It may seem like an added expense to use this software but it is worth every penny. I have used it on two different occasions and it performs perfectly, transferring everything even including mouse settings. Absolutely use it instead of trying to deal with a transfer cable or trying to transfer everything on your own.

What a disaster! The WinWin software was easy enough to download on my old and new computers, but after multiple tries I could not get the two of them to sync up. I tried communicating with the company, and they had me try a couple of things, but NOTHING WORKED. And in the meantime, because I had to lower my firewall even to run the program, I had someone try to get into my system, which created a whole other set of problems. I repeatedly requested a refund, and even though Zinstall could easily see that I was never able to get the software to work they've ghosted me. Bottom line, Zinstall is UNSAFE and DOESN'T WORK.

Thank you indeed for your magnificent program. All went well with the copying, and I am very pleased. It took about 5 hours to finalise with no problems whatsoever. The last time I transferred files to a new computer took two weeks! I am 93 years old so if I can do it so can anyone else without any worry at all. Geoff Stokes.

I’ve used Zinstall twice now to transfer files and programs to a new computer. I am not a computer whiz, just typically learning as I go for whatever I need to do. Zinstall is user-friendly, easy to download and activate, and got the job done smoothly. Security software can need some extra attention, but even that was simple enough to tweak. Totally worth the time and money; definitely recommended,

The transfer with Zinstall is effortless and complete. Not one file or program is confused or missing. In my years of computer use (first Leading Edge 1984 ) I don't think I've ever transferred to a new computer without having things missing or not working.

I have used Zinstall to migrate several machines over the last couple of years. Most of my migrations have been from old Windows PCs to new hardware with Windows 11, and Zinstall has worked fantastically. Recently, I decided to try another product that was cheaper, but it only burned up my time. I had to wipe the new machine, purchase a Zinstall license, and reprocess. Boom! Zinstall did the trick. I recommend this product!
