I can recommend zippa loan very good because myself disabled deaf can communicate with them and quickly respond. I very satisfied zippa loan service. Good way repayment is easy. I can confirm good benefit for hard hearing will get quickly respond communication email etc. Never same other company loans example satsumas or wonga loan. Zippa loans provide a great service. The staff are very friendly when you call and are always incredibly helpful.
The only reason this isn’t a 5 star review is the website could be a little easier to use, some of the client features aren’t very user friendly, and it would be great to be able to make payments online.

Otherwise a faultless service.

I actually forgot i had a Loan with this company. Unlike other companies they dont hound you with calls and emails about offers and promotions nor do they constantly reminded you have used them. they just leave you alone and let you get on with your life

I feel that the application process is quick and easy to understand.

Efficient and personal service and only ever had good experiences with the employees.

Very easy to deal with, staff are lovely, very friendly and easy to talk to, super quick and easy decision, money was in bank the same day. The interest is a bit high, however, it's on par with other loan companies, so I guess the interest is standard. Would definitely recommend this company if you are stuck and need a quick, easy loan.

This is my 3rd loan from Zippa and each and every time has been a pleasure. Quick response to new applications (applied at 9am, had my money by 11am) with no hassle, pestering phone calls or additional info needed! Always on hand to help via email/phone though. Great customer service! Especially Elaine and Shirley. Can’t fault this company!
