I am writing about my travelling experience with Peter he was amazing,he checked on me before my travel as well as while I was on my holiday.He also booked me my seat and reminded me when I was about to travel again.His service was very much helpful to me,as I wasn't on holiday I was going for very sad time,so to have someone looking after you was great 😃.

I booked Qatar Airways through Sharoon. He made sure I get the ticket and according to what I needed. He was polite and listened to my needs. He also gave me time to to organise myself with the payments. I really appreciate Qatar staffs hospitality and Sharoon's good customer relationship

My first time using this company. I was a hesitant as I didnt know if it was a legitimate company. But thank you to Sharoon. What a top bloke. Very calm, understanding and helpful. I was communicated to with respect. My challenge that I could not do a once off payment was listened to and was allowed to make a few part payments within a month and I am happy and appreciate the flexibility.

Looked at booking a holiday for my partner and I. Quoted a good price and paid the deposit. From that moment was messed around with changes to the booking. Requested a refund, told 7 days and still nothing nearly 3 week's later. Avoid

I am very impressed by the efficient, responsive and friendly service from Shekeel A, who managed to secure a flight ticket for me to travel in less than 24 hrs. Shekeel acted with the utmost skill and professionalism. I shall be going to Shekeel to help with all my future travel arrangements, and would recommend him without hesitation.

Booked flights with Ian who did a great job at helping to find tickets within my price range and travel dates. Provided good communication during the booking process and prior to travel. There were delays in communication when having had to deal with flight delays on the way back but it did not complicate matters. Would recommend booking with them.

Sam was helpful getting us a reasonable deal , while the after sales service was excellently conducted.

Sam lee has sorted out all our seats. I was really happy with Sam personality and kindness. Sam has the best customer service skills I ever seen. His customer service is Full 5 Stars.

The downside was I paid extra to seat with my family and booked ahead 2-3weeks, as I do have a elderly person in family who is on multiple medications due to a lot of different reasons.

I didn't get my seat confirmation straight away and I got really stressed out and anxiety. I only got my seat confirmation when it was actally time to self check-in with the airline I was flying with and at this point I felt why did I pay ahead when I can book seats together myself for free on the app.

When self check in was opened on the app, I've called the company and they said they can't do anything till Sam starts his shift. So I asked what time does he start? I called at 9am, First person said at 11am so I called then and they said Sam starts at 12pm. Called then and someone said He starts at 1pm. Each time I called I felt extremely stressed out and felt I've got scammed.

Sam did tell me it's reserved on his side and I have nothing to worry about but I was travelling with my family and I needed some kind of confirmation.

He did mention usually this doesn't happen and when I asked I didn't get my refund back Only thing I had to so off was I paid some company my money, that am unsure of as they have different deparments and different company name's.

At the end, Sam did promised me seats together and he did deliver even though it wasn't the original seats I wanted on the way back but at least he kept his promise of keeping my family together and gave us seats.

I got charged twice mistakenly, Sam processed the refund within 24h! Honestly I wasn’t expecting that! Sam provided an unmatchable customer services, I utterly recommend this company and always ask for Sam! He is just fab

Sam was excellent I was very nervous to travel after COVID he handled all my issues gave me easier suggestions I was traveling with my daughter helpful in all aspects

I would like to thank Sid for his professional help in solving my problem with my flight. He's a kind and very sincere man, that had shown calmness and patience.
