I was able to cash out a few times. However my last attempt to cash out failed. The company lied again and again about the reasons and when payments would be received.

They seem to have gone bust now but I'd avoid any future endeavour any individual from this business are involved with as they are not to be trusted.

Seems like we have been scammed. Just shut down and no way to access monies held

Update.. So they've now gone bust and taken everyones earnings with them without updating people on the situation for several months. Pretty sure they were still selling our information but not passing the earnings on. I really needed my large amount due (been trying to cash out for months) towards my winter fuel bills.

Closed down without any message to users.
I had over 140 pound collected. Request payment in October - nothing.
Just big disappointment.

Totally disgusted with Zipzero for disappearing without giving people the opportunity to cash in their built up money for bills. Absolutely no notification was given to anyone that they were closing the app down. There should be a law against this. I dread to think of how much money they made profiting from sharing our consumer shopping details to whichever marketing agencies etc. It's pure greed on their part.

I've had around £50 on the app .They just sent me an email saying that they are closing down with immediate effect and all funds now be gone . What a robbing c*nts!

I would give zero stars if I could. Despicable way to treat users of the App, whilst sitting on our money. To just close like that is disgusting. I tried to log in and got the message that my log in code was wrong. It's not worth resetting the log in code. I've lost £40, which is sorely missed. I stuck with them through their previous trouble only to be kicked in the teeth good and proper. They've obviously got no consciences.

Amazing how they shut down with no word. I had £260ish to transfer leaving to build up, bet they have mad a fortune stopping this and keeping everything from there loyal customers.

Can no longer log in, emails is not recognised, money not transferred. Terrible service!

Unfortunately this company has lived up to their name. I had built up £65 and now it looks like they have gone bust and paid me zip zero.

I had £25 in pending payments from earlier this year refused and sent back to my pending cash a day before the app closed down. Zipzero should have granted the payments from customers. They will have had some income from some of the receipts the many many people have sent through the year. I had been using this app for years and stuck with them through their problems with covid. Not a way to run a business! I hope the owners stay away from running another app like this as they clearly don't know how to do so correctly.

!!! I wouldn’t recommend this app at all . I had over £220 on my account, received an email that app will be discontinued with immediate effect ! WTF?! Where is my money ?! Bunch of thieves!

What a complete scam
ZIPZERO App not opening for the last few days,
Deleted the app to then reinstall it only to find the app has now disappeared. Only found out that they have now closed by googling ZIPZERO to see other peoples reviews, no warning or emails from ZIPZERO to tell us about them closing down the app. Complete con
Wasted my time scanning till receipts and giving them my information for nothing, Thanks 😡

Appalling service. I have £24+ pending that I'd been trying to get paid out since May but now I can't even access the app. Found a post on Reddit that they had emailed to advise of the closure but nothing received by me. I've sent multiple emails and requests to them only to be ignored.

After using it for a year I'd accrued a pot that I intended to withdraw over Christmas. Tried to log in and couldn't assumed it was a glitch, days later still nothing. I then started to look online to find that they've shut down. No email no communication, just withdrawn the app from the store and everyone's money is now gone.

That's criminal.

Rubbish shut and lost all money saved

After all this time of trying to get through to them they couldn’t even reply to me . So my £100 has been forfeited 😡 been with them for years but yet my husband joined up 2 weeks ago and has had a message sent to him to say they are closing down . Why didn’t I get notice after all these weeks of trying to get through 😡
