I came to the clinic with bad vision a year ago the operation was done very quickly, and I started seeing clearly on the next day, a year past since then, and I can see perfectly, great thanks to the doctor for letting me see the world perfectly😍😍 special thanks to Salih for helping me around everyday during the whole process of the operation and the procedures🙏🏽😍

Bei meiner Frau wurde komplette Untersuchung gemacht. Alle Organe, Blut, Blutgefäße wurden untersucht. Wir kommen aus Deutschland. In Deutschland würden wir dafür 1,5- 2 Jahre brauchen. In der Klinik (in der Türkei) brauchten wir zwei Tage. Wir haben sehr, sehr gute Erfahrung gemacht. Uns zur Seite stand ein Koordinator, Dolmetscher mit Namen Salih. Er war super nett, hat mit allem was wir brauchten gleich geholfen. Ob Transport, Apotheke, andere Fragen war immer für uns da.
Wir können die Klinik und Salih mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen

I had the pleasure of being treated by Ifrah at Zisat hair transplant clinic and I must say, he was absolutely phenomenal. His level of care, attention and attitude to detail truly sets him apart. He treated me as if he was doing the procedure for himself, which made me feel extremely comfortable and reassured.

The clinic itself was top-notch, clean, modern and upto date with all the latest technology. The doctor was highly professional and knowledgeable, and the nurses were fantastic as well. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in good hands.

My name is Yelena Gokhman, it's my second visit to Turkey by myself. The Salih was like a family for me , I felt so special and comfortable. He always been reachable and ahead!!! He is very kind and caring!! Thanks to you All!!

Very bad experience. The staff seemed only interested in collecting payment for the surgery, without any attention to the human factor. I had a lower and upper blepharoplasty, but the result was disappointing. Not only was the surgery not performed properly, leaving me with bags under my eyes and sagging skin above, but I also had to go through this alone. In a foreign country, without any post-operative support, I felt completely abandoned. I was ignored and treated like a patient complaining uselessly. I would not wish such an experience on anyone. Even today, if I write to the curator with any questions, I am ignored. Absolutely not recommended!

27.08.2024 I would not like to lower your rating any further, so I am replying directly with my comment, correcting it. My contact person was Bora Tunali ~Salih Alfreij (I will send you all the photos by e-mail). It is very strange that you did not find me. I would also like to understand why, for a post-operative visit (to check the stitches), your colleagues were asking me for an additional €300 as it was not an important visit for them, it was just my whim. I fixed this problem in Italy at a cost of 170€.
Tomorrow I will send the e-mail with all the photos and documentation you issued me after the Blepharoplasty. Very disappointing results. I looked better before I had the surgery. Now I have to wait for it to heal a bit and, on the advice of the Italian surgeon who tried to remove my stitches, I will have to have a subsequent correction surgery. In the meantime, to fix the mess a bit, we injected Botox.

My experience with every single person has been beyond words. The staff, the doctors, every single person is so welcoming, warm and kind. I can’t thank them enough for the amazing experience I had, and I wish them all the best. Definitely recommend them to anyone with anything they have on their mind. They are very professional, detail oriented and patient with everything they do.
