love the luggage strap . its very durable and love the rainbow colors. it keeps my luggage closed and secure and def sticks out so makes your luggage easy to spot. the luggage tag is ina little leather holder and looks stylish.

A few weeks ago, I ordered the Zitahli Cityprotector backpack, and I'm impressed. It's incredibly durable, fits my laptop perfectly, and has been a lifesaver for my business trips.

My husband had already purchased several Zitahli items. His favorite is the wallet! But recently I had a need for a new carry-on sized (20-inch) suitcase. The hardshell Trekmate Pro was the perfect size so I took the leap! I am so glad I did! It has many cool features including TSA-approved locks and what look like shock absorbers on the wheels. The roads of life are rough enough! But my new Trekmate Pro helps to smooth things out!

Fast shipping, comes with a tsa lock, extremely durable suitcases plus it comes with a suitcase cover which I love since I have the white one. This color is beautiful and elegant. This suitcase is definitely built to last.

The bag is lovely and well made. The design with the diagonal zipper is unique. My problems with it are that it is heavier than anticipated and there are no pen loops. If you want to make a statement with a briefcase, this is the one. If I were a taller person, it might have been perfect. I used it for about a month, but just too heavy and the strap was too long.

I was looking for a lighter way to carry some camera gear on a trip. I am honestly not a fan of backpacks but at my wife's suggestion, I tried one of the Zitahli Apex Expandable Backpacks. It has a few slots inside for pens and other typical things people carry in these bags but I enhanced it with a camera equipment insert to take a little bit of gear rather than a lot. This way I had only what I needed rather than everything in my equipment locker! Even after putting the insert into the backpack there was still room to stuff a windbreaker and water bottle. It was just what I needed, and it wasn't that heavy either. It shipped from the US so I did not have to wait for a shipment to arrive from overseas. I am not sure if all Zitahli products are stocked in the US but this one was.

I'm absolutely blown away by the quality of their product. This product has exceeded my expectations in every way. The craftsmanship is impeccable, and the attention to detail is truly impressive. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for quality wallets. It's a game-changer!

They sent me a wrong product, and to a wrong address. The address I wanted it shipped was obiously there in the order form, yet it came to my addres.
Its been two weeks since i contacted, but its not solved. Their Email address doesn't work, only the third party contsct, not helpful either. No refund, no resolution, no answer.
