I want to Thank Nancy today for helping me with concerns on my recent bill for March 2026. She was extremely kind and considerate when speaking with me and was able to find a lesser monthly payment for me going forward. This company let us down for a few…

This company let us down for a few years. It`s great they discount the price when you have a problem but we don`t want a discount. We want reliable internet. Zito was not the answer and I wish we had dropped them a long time ago.

Zito ISP is the worst

Over the past 20 days our internet has been down for two weeks. We have a part time resident that is a smart home and we cannot monitor or control our home for these past two weeks. Zito states that outages were due to events beyond their control. That does not excuse their ability to remedy the issue. And, on top of that they want me to call and remind them of the outage for a credit on my bill. How stupid is this when they admit the outage. They are stealing from customers. Xfinity will be a new provider in the area and I look forward to this as I have them at my primary resident and Xfinity is more responsive to customer enquiries.

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with...

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with HANDS DOWN. Upload speeds crawled at 0.02 Mbps, latency shot through the roof at over 3000 ms, and I dealt with weeks of downtime while their “solution” was just restarting my modem like it was some magic fix. Technicians came out, tested the uplink, and shrugged it off saying “nothing’s wrong” despite everything screaming otherwise. They destroyed the siding on my house during installation, and now two years later, it’s completely dry-rotted because they never repaired it properly. One admin even showed up at 4 a.m. trying to “fix” things, holding a drill and claiming to take pictures which freaked me out so badly I had to get the police to trespass him. Their website is a nightmare full of hidden text and fine print traps. Customer support? An offshore call center that might as well be a black hole who offers zero help, zero accountability. On top of that, they hit me with a $6,000 bill for just five months of service. Avoid this disaster of a company at all costs. This company frequently engages in fraud, scams, illegal entry, credit fraud, and some other crap.

The worst Wi-Fi/telephone company in history 

This has to be the worst company I have ever seen in my life. They come up with fees and lies to charge your card. Put your card on auto pay when I’ve been using a checking account not using my card then charge me a fee because I locked my card and they weren’t authorized to run my card they tell me they take a $30 fee off that shouldn’t have been there anyways, but that I still owe $28. This is the worst company I have ever ever had to deal with in my life. They are the monopoly in here and they are awful so I would tell somebody before moving into Millwood Estates. Don’t do it unless you can find another company that’s on the outside of here because they suck. They are unprofessional. They are liars. They are unbelievable. If I could give them a rating lower than this one, I would do it. I wish I could tell everybody that I know do not use this company. I just spent a hour and a half on the phone with them trying to tell me that I owe them although I paid my bill this month they’re unbelievable unbelievable

Unprofessional and rude staff

Good Morning

It is very unprofessional that when your sale staff are asked a question that they should have an answer for such as what is the maker and model of the 1000 MBPS routers they simply tell you that they are too many to tell and they do not give you an answer. In addition any additional emails to them go unanswered but they quickly responds to new inquiries from alternative emails. This shows a high level of unprofessional behavior within your sale staff and company. These are the emails to the two individuals in your sale staff who are currently engage in this type of behabior.

rhonda johnston and johnnyo.amato are example of what makes a company go bankrupt.

Your company is not the only choice for internet in this area in fact they are others who offer fiber with more currently on the way so if you do not take take of your paying customers someone else will.

I will make sure I let the friend who refer me know what poor customer service I received when trying to sign up with your company

80% off line

80% off line, won't allow me to replace the router, need to take PTO so a tech can do that, will not grant refund. It's a scam you pay full price, they do 1/5th service, randomly

Zito Media sucks

Zito Media is totally unreliable and their service truly sucks. They are my supplier of internet and TV streaming through a bulk contract with my HOA. My service goes out repeatedly - sometimes for a few minutes, other times for a couple of days. This has been happening for over a year, and Zito has been unable to provide a lasting fix. With no internet we have no TV, no security system, and I cannot work. If you have any choice do NOT choose Zito Media. I certainly regret dealing with them but have no option due to the HOA.

Service is on and off

I called last week paid my bill upgraded to a faster internet the 1 gig if my internet was out a lot or dropped constantly then its worse now. I have one tv on at once which it’s Ethernet, one cell phone and a iPad and one ring camera on an extender that’s not much it should
Not go off and on all the time my cameras aren’t reliable due to the service not being Any good if l lived where it could be expected then understandable but I live 1.5 miles from Zitos Burnsville Nc office ? We had a hurricane hit our mtn towns and was out of power for days and days when other Internet company’s was giving refunds, credits even a month free service Zito did not even give us credits for the days we was without service We paid them whether we could contact the outside world or not I do not know if anyone has gone through a disaster but when being ripped from contacting anyone but walking distance Because we was trapped In our homes if we had one left due to the roads being washed away or cars been washed away but we could not call text Email anyone for days and days but Zito was so empathetic that they charged us as we was getting to use the service that’s always going in and out if they have not been updated we live in a smart world that is essential if we don’t have internet or a internet that’s not any good then our lives do not run smoothly I’m constantly having to fix my cameras due to going off line due to no service . I ask the girl about my modem/router she said i had the best it was the best they had but I have had this for 11 years so they have not gotten any better in 11 years ? I think if I had a updated one would help some but she said I had the best but they are trained to say that I could told them anything and gotten the same answer they want us to keep this crappy equipment so they do not have to buy more it’s an expensive but isn’t keeping me in updated equipment part of my monthly payment ? If so can I get a new one ?

Internet and phone service is always down

If I could give negative stars I would. My livelihood depends on having Internet and I haven't had steady Internet in a month and my phone has been out the whole time. So I pay over 100 bucks a month for Internet and phone without phone. A person who I could barely understand said my Internet has dropped over 4,000 times in 3 weeks. My Internet is out 70% of the time and it has been like this for over a month now. I want my money back and if I could sue them for lost wages I could. If you work from home and don't want to lose your job, do not use this company!

Steer Away from Zito

Never agree to service from this provider. Internet goes out completely at least once per month, and never meets expectations when it does work. Customer service and tech support are rude, slow to fix issues, and only temporarily fix problems, only to have the same thing happen the following week. I pay for 1000 MB download speed, but my speed is always fluctuating between 15-150 MB/sec. They make empty promises to lower prices or send a technician while never following up.

I have been using Zito for more than a…

I have been using Zito for more than a year and the internet connection is unreliable at best. The Gig service doesn't deliver anything close to the stated speeds (even with ethernet cable plugged in) and the last few weeks upload speeds are averaging 1.30 Mbps which is not useable. Customer service is useless as they have told me that the work is being done for the last two weeks with no estimate in the Green Mountain NC region.

I was with Zito for almost 5 years…

I was with Zito for almost 5 years because they were my only option. Constant issues and when I called, which was almost weekly in the summer due to old wiring, they would setup appointments, say its fixed. Next week same issues! They can't keep repair technicians, they quit because the company will not listen and do required updates.
This is the worse company I have ever dealt with. Expect to be on hold 45 min to an hour each time you call. Customer service tell you different things about issues (That is if they don't just hang up on you)
After I canceled, they insisted I pay an "Early termination fee" even though I had no service.
You are better off with no service provider then Zito that way you don't pay or what you can't get!

Enough is Enough X 2

Where to begin. We've had Zito for two years now(in a brand new house). Neighbors on BOTH sides have no issues. We've been having the modem go up and down for months! Swapped modems three times now. Guess what still not resolved. Why not go with one of the big guys? We're rural and they stop across the street. Yes they credit our account(when we call). At some point and time you'd think someone along the way would be like we need to get this fixed. But apparently not! So here I am venting on Trustpilot about another company. It shouldn't have to come to this when someone is paying for a service (that we have not been receiving constantly as our north and south neighbors). Update 12/23/20...well our internet is down again and of course our surrounding neighbors is not! So clearly Zito Media is a joke! I repeat a JOKE! This has been going on for months. Yet the issue still exists! We'll send a tech out. Tomorrow? Xmas Eve?! The problem is now, not tomorrow! Why hasn't anyone from Zito Media stepped up to correct this neverending issue? If we could switch to anything else we would! Working for a week and then the problem starts up again. I couldn't get on the computer to get any work done tonight(12-23-20)! Maybe we should get litigious about this. Now it's becoming negligent to us! Again, no one else around us is having any issues! Waiting on a reply from Zito Media, still! UPDATE XMAS DAY 2020-neighbors internet has working all day. Ours... up and down for the count on the third time. Now we know it's personal. First contact, lady was super nice. Second contact, okay. Third contact and mind you it's Xmas. Not a caring soul the third time. Our internet has been down since about 1445 Xmas Day. We were told they could get a tech out Monday. Monday?! Monday?! It's now 0406 Saturday morning. Hardly seems fair. We call you three times yesterday and we get Monday. Don't know why I feel compelled to say this but it's still right now! Okay, well Zito Media. This has gone on long enough. We've been more than patient. Now we play our way...update to follow in a few days.
UPDATE 1/26/21
So issue resolved... Finally! Received great customer service from two wonderful ladies and one boss lady! Never received that call from their rep (Teddi). That was supposed to get in touch with us over a month ago. Wow! Thank you to the three finally got the issue resolved!

The issue has long been rectified. Things have been running swimming well since the elicit problem part has been fixed.
