Worst company I’ve ever dealt with HANDS DOWN. Upload speeds crawled at 0.02 Mbps, latency shot through the roof at over 3000 ms, and I dealt with weeks of downtime while their “solution” was just restarting my modem like it was some magic fix. Technicians came out, tested the uplink, and shrugged it off saying “nothing’s wrong” despite everything screaming otherwise. They destroyed the siding on my house during installation, and now two years later, it’s completely dry-rotted because they never repaired it properly. One admin even showed up at 4 a.m. trying to “fix” things, holding a drill and claiming to take pictures which freaked me out so badly I had to get the police to trespass him. Their website is a nightmare full of hidden text and fine print traps. Customer support? An offshore call center that might as well be a black hole who offers zero help, zero accountability. On top of that, they hit me with a $6,000 bill for just five months of service. Avoid this disaster of a company at all costs. This company frequently engages in fraud, scams, illegal entry, credit fraud, and some other crap.
