Zivanche seems to have the most unreliable logistics & the most untrustworthy customer service personnel.
My order ID 8883769 for a women's watch (for which i prepaid Rs 9 k upfront) placed on 12 th March 2026 & mentioned for delivery in 4-5 days at the time of order placement has not yet been received!!
Moreover when u try & raise a complaint on their customer service whatsapp no, they do not respond. When u repeatedly call them, there is this lady called Muskaan who always says that it will be delivered next week, & promises to update you. Which she never does. And tje same cycle repeats the next week. And again.
When asked to explain the reason for delay, she has no clue. When asked to connect the customer to her senior, she says she can't & blocks the Escalation & resolution process.
Very unprofessional. Seemingly shady.
Pls do not rely on this brand or its promises.

I got an amazing watch from Zivanche. At first, I thought it was a scam, but after I spoke to customer support, they guided me well. The watch is very elegant-looking—I love it! Thanks again. The delivery was smooth, and the packaging was also good. A trustworthy seller.

Very good quality watches

i bought 2 watches one is limited edition, with original rubbies and sapphires and also comes with tour billion movement, second one is astro edition. Got them from there mohali office and ordered 2 more, one roulette efition and one astronaut one. Really Liked there Time Pieces.

Communication is bad, company is not well structured neither their supply chain, logistics ...lacks integrity and customer satisfaction. these are very imp to create trusted brands otherwise everyone is swiss watch seller on roadside....
