Quick shipping, great bike.
I bought another.

They refunded $ from the first bike as there was a subsequent sale a few days after I bought it, very easy to deal with.

The bikes are great. Very light. Quick to fold / unfold. Everything works great right out of the box.

I was very hesitant because we ride full sized hybrid bikes on a regular basis and was afraid that these would feel flimsy and small. The smaller wheel base is definitely noticeable but doesn't affect the ride or the Comfort or the stability at all. Would highly recommend these bikes. And I had a lot of questions and follow up that was handled by customer service in a fantastic and professional way. Very pleased.

This is my second bike. This one is for my wife.

After recently purchasing a used Zizzo bike, I ordered fenders, a comfort seat, and a handlebar bag. The order was shipped quickly and delivered in a reasonable amount of time. All 3 items have been installed on my bike and the bike looks great!

I purchased a refurbished Ferro and couldn’t be happier. The communication and video support was great…I love the fact I can drive safely to my favorite trails and in 30seconds pull the bike out of the trunk of my Honda Civic and be on the bike path. I LOVE this bike!!

Zizzo has great service and excellent folding bikes. I have both the liberte and urbano and recently bought the carrying bag.

The Liberte Plus is a great bike at a great price. I'm older and needed a bike that I can carry up the stairs. At just 23lbs, the Liberte more than meets my needs. It's light, portable, and a great ride.

The "money-back" guarantee is moot. They make it extremely difficult to return for your money back. And by the end of it you are likely out a couple hundred just in shipping costs. You're likely going to get more money back just selling it lightly used.

I am disappointed. In less than a month of use, the bike's battery isn't holding a charge; it doesn't even last 10 km, and it takes an eternity to charge. I would like to return the product since I can't get in touch with any support.

This is a GREAT folding bicycle company. I've got two of their bikes - the Urbano and Liberte'. Excellent quality and price. Their sales, customer service and product support are second to none! Highly Recommend!
