If you value your business, stay as far away from Zmatic as humanly possible. Giving them $1,200 a month wasn't just a waste of money—it actively harmed our growth.

They are fundamentally incapable of executing basic digital marketing tasks. It took these "experts" SEVEN DAYS just to grant access to a Meta account. Then, they spent another SEVEN DAYS completely paralyzed by a simple pixel integration. For two weeks, our marketing was dead in the water while they fed us robotic, copy-pasted updates about "investigating the issue."

Here is the embarrassing truth: Our pixels are currently running flawlessly with four other agencies. Zmatic is the only outlier. The problem isn’t the tech—it is their staggering, jaw-dropping incompetence.

They don't care about your time, they don't understand basic Meta architecture, and their customer service is an absolute joke. Hiring them was the single worst vendor decision we have ever made. Zero stars. Total amateurs. Avoid them like the plague.

If i could give them Zero stars I Would.
we paid Zmatic over 1200$ a month for professional service and what we got instead was an absolute joke.

week 1 :it took them a whole week provide the BMs we asked and ad accounts, should happen in 72 hours(also too long but we let is slide...)
week 2: another entire week was wasted trying connect our pixel , they kept feeding us the same useless line: "we keep investigating "

To make it worse.. our pixel working in 4 different agencies smoothly

the level of customer service is embarrassing , they show zero respect for our time , money and urgency.
save your money and your business, use other agencies.
On top of it we only got part refund...and we didnt even was able to use it properly...keep away.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Zmtic took money from my wallet without my consent, which feels completely unacceptable. Customer support from M.H. was terrible and didn’t help resolve the issue. If you want to avoid wasting your time and losing money, I would strongly recommend staying away from them.
