Be careful, it's a scam : debited every month with no option to cancel the subscription. Had to contact the bank to block the payment.

It is scam , they just charge money without permission , they dont answer email nor change or cancel subscription.
They steal money from your bank account forever.

I got this subscription about a year ago, or at least it feels like, and have been trying to cancel it for months. I sent over 200 emails all to cancel this thing. I have sent a constant 10 emails a day using automated apps to get them to cancel. And it has not canceled once. Do not subscribe to them. They are nothing but cons. I had to specifically get with my bank to have it set so they can't pull money from my account, because they have yet to actually stop sending payment requests, I deleted my account. I have requested that they canceled the subscription, at this point they're nothing but cons and cheaters.

Don't register. You can never cancel your subscription. Auto renewing and no one answers in chat or email. I will report them and I will take legal action agains them

They keep deducting my money weekly.
I think it AI system in place for auto deduction of customers money. I have tried to call and I sent an email but to no avail!

Not being a Karen - this is an actual scam. It will not let you cancel no matter what. Cancel page will not load, if you message support or email them you will not get a reply. When I attempted to cancel they start charging $289 and I had to cancel my card after trying to cancel for literal months on end.

Do NOT USE! This is a SCAM site. Once you pay you can't cancel your subscription. There is no support. Only way is to cancel your credit card. Do not use this website.

I subscribed to ZMO.AI’s Pro monthly plan, but just a week after signing up, the entire site went offline with no notice or explanation. There was no way to access the service, and no updates were provided.

The site only came back online before my next billing cycle it was down for 3 weeks time. I immediately tried to cancel my subscription to avoid being charged again, but the cancellation page just keeps loading endlessly, making it impossible to unsubscribe.

I also reached out to their supportmultiple times, but never received a single response. Based on this experience, it feels like a scam or highly unprofessional operation.

Until they offer reliable service and proper customer support, I strongly recommend avoiding this platform.

Stay away it’s a scam I have payed 5,99 for 10 pictures. The page still saying wait 20 min and it has been more than month.
I’ve tried in the phone computer and different browsers. Customers service don’t respond. Don’t waste your money and time.

The app is great, but the customer service is non-existent. I have been trying to contact them for over a week because I can't log in, and the do not respond, but they DID charge my credit card again

Be careful, dubious! I have taken out a subscription and I have not received any replies to emails. The login only works with a code that you receive by email, but often there is no code at all and you cannot log in. You also don't get an invoice for your payment.

Defenetly a scam I have payed 3,99 for what was supposed to be 25 pictures of me and my boyfriend and given about 19 selfies for reference, the generating took about 18 hours and STILL HASN'T FINNISHED instead of 20 minutes. This has been the worst ai experiment of my life. And the customer service? 0. They never reply and they don't care about you. No refund policy

Iliked it at first then one day my account and credits were gone. No help no refunds nothing back. Don't waste your money.

Paid for a yearly subscription, and still nothing was included and images were poor. Asked for refund-no one replied. And to top it all off, when I tried to log in now, it shows like I have no membership (I also didn't receive any refund) and I have no points and no one is responding anywhere to what the hell happened to my membership THAT I PAID!

Scam!! Warning, I paid for a one-year subscription, and at the end of it, there was no way to cancel the renewal. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. Since then, my ZMO account has been taken over by someone else and I no longer have access. This is a scam, theft, and account hijacking!

Terrible! They will not let you cancel after free trial, they will continuously charge your card and say you must cancel via an email address that doesn’t accept emails. The cancel button on the site doesn’t work at all it’s just there for show. Had to get a new card and report them as fraud to my credit card company to get the charges to stop.

Paid for the 'Boss' package. It still only generates 4 images at a time, not 8 as advertised. It's super slow to generate too. Hours pass and still no final results as most of the time is spent waiting. The AI changes the backgrounds but cuts your object out roughly so you can see the jagged edge of your object, which makes it obvious that the object is in a fake setting.

Website states "No refunds", and the support is literally non-existent. Just one person shows as support in the live chat but never ever responds and it's been weeks since my original message. I don't recommend, this is a scam. The creator gets paid, the person paying gets scammed out of their money.
