Fijn om te horen dat de Zodiac lijm van 25 ml op tijd is geleverd en alles naar wens is verlopen.
Mocht je nog vragen hebben over het gebruik van de lijm of hulp nodig hebben bij een reparatie aan je rubberboot, dan helpen we je graag verder.

Lijm 2 comp en stuk pvc besteld
Gebeld met hun klantenservice en gezegd dat ik wit pvc ipv grijs heb binnen gekregen en dat de lijm opstaat beperkt houdbaar en alleen bij 25 graden of hoger verwerkt mag worden wat niet verteld stond op de website de mevrouw van de klantenservice zei het wordt opgelost u wordt hierover terug gebeld is inmiddels 3 weken geleden en nog niets opgelost

Wij hebben de betreffende bestelling van 7 februari gecontroleerd. Deze is op 11 februari geleverd. In de bestelling staat wit PVC vermeld en dit is ook geleverd.
Naar aanleiding van deze bestelling hebben wij eerder contact gehad met de besteller en de situatie toegelicht. De verwerkingstemperatuur van de 2-componentenlijm staat daarnaast vermeld bij het artikel in onze webshop en op de verpakking van het product.
Mocht een andere kleur PVC gewenst zijn, dan kan het materiaal worden geretourneerd via onze reguliere retourprocedure. Wij helpen graag verder met het leveren van de juiste kleur.
Neemt u gerust contact met ons op, dan zorgen wij dat dit netjes wordt afgehandeld.
