Customer Service isn't good
I ordered four blades (equaling about $170) from this website on September 29th and they said it had been delivered on Oct 2nd. Unfortunately it seemed that the package had been stolen within a couple hours of being dropped off. I reached out to the delivery company and they said I had to open a claim. I tried doing that a couple times but I was never able to file the claim. I ended up reaching out to the Zolitta customer service and they said the same thing but in the end the company itself needed to file the claim. It is now December 28th and I haven't heard anything about my package since October. I spent $170 on the website and all they could offer me is 50% off my next order. Since I needed these quickly, I ended up buying them off of amazon as soon as the first package went missing. Wish they could have given me a refund or new blades, they have bad package insurance.
