i ordered a piece of fitness equipment that was supposed to be delivered in 4 different parts.all the parts didnt arrive together due to a snow storm in nyc and the customer service guy was on the phone and emailing me 3 to 4 different times to make sure i got my delivery. it all did arrive eventually and i was completely satisfied.

The setting up was very difficult because of the ridiculous crappy wrench that only tightens SOME of the bolts and the direction on setting up the equipment were all over the place.

Me and my father wanted to do some boxing training so we searched online and decided to go with ZoobGear. The ordering process was easy..we paid $100 in shipping which I guess for the weight of everything it was decent. In total we paid about $480 or so. It took about 4 days for the frame, the speed bag and the double end rope to arrive..no heavy bag. I called them they said it was being delivered separately..I said ok. We inflated the speed bag and tried it out..within an hour it was deflated. We tried putting air in it again and can hear the air coming out of it..it was defected. Called then and they asked me for a picture and said they are re sending another one..another 3 or 4 days for delivery..the next day the heavy bag arrived...but we can't hang it because there was no hook to hang it with.. I contacted them and they said they would try and send the hook with the speed bag..later that night I got a message that the hook would be sent separately too..wth..All in all it's been a bad experience..I will not be ordering anything from this place again..honestly I think I should get a small refund back for this experience.

I recieved my merchandise in a timely manner. After looking over the assembly instructions for a few times, I with some help from my better half was able to put it together in a timely manner and I was supremely satisfied with the product ever since. I will definitely order from here again.

Awesome customer service. The item I ordered was out of stock but they quickly gave me several options along with a 20% discount code for my trouble. A suitable higher quality replacement was provied at the same price as my original choice. Great on communication as well.

Bought multiple item in apparel needed to return an item because I needed a different size and there response will quick and pleasant and came to a very satisfactory conclusion thank you
