As a broker to work with Victor at Zool has always been a pleasure. The most important thing for me is timely feedback and clear guidelines on what sort of deal will work; Victor has been really good with both of these key criteria’s.

It's been an excellent customer experience. From the time I was first contacted by Zool, I've had this sense that their approach was different. It's proven to be the case. The level of care shown by the Zool team has been unusual and very welcome. I haven't felt like I'm a number that is just part of a qualifying process. Zool Capital has actually presented as though they care about the human(s) involved. I am a business owner, and I have fiduciary responsibilities to all my stakeholders whilst trying to create a better business. Zool Capital has made an effort to understand my world, showing empathy all the way through to the finalisation of an Agreement. To that end, I haven’t felt like I was liaising with a Finance “machine”, or some Loan entity that acts like a “sausage factory”. Notwithstanding the need for appropriate levels of Governance to transact, I’ve felt that Zool Capital also cares about me – the human being involved in the transaction. It’s been different and compelling.
