Order came promptly. Experience with company good, but unfortunately harness not proving satisfactory for my dog. Pity as it was quite expensive.

Great customer service!
I bought Hunnyboots for my greyhound as she has a recurring corn and cannot walk without limping on hard ground. The boots are very cushioned and stop her limping. Takes a little while for the dog to get used to walking with them but once they have they can walk and trot ok, if they run they come off, so I take them off if running on soft ground.
I went through months of the boots coming off a lot and got very frustrated so contacted Zoomadog who contacted the manufacturer and came back with advice on what I was doing wrong. Turns out I had not followed their video for fitting instructions which is actually very clear. When I did follow it the problem was instantly solved. Now the boots remain secure and its rare I have to refit them on a walk.

Ordered this as it said can be worn all day in theory it's OK but has no support at all, but the worst thing is the velcro which was longer than I needed and my poor dog was attached to the carpet it was hard to release her because as you released 1 piece and moved onto another no 1 had reattached to carpet didn't know who was most stressed me as I couldn't release her or her because she couldn't get up, so only tried on that once won't be using it at all
Zoomadog got in touch excellent customer service 10 out of 10 could not fault them at all and gave me a full refund

Super quick service and good customer service. Our dog would be lost without his boots. They fit him really well and when we did get a wrong order, it was rectified really quickly!

I ordered a set of rear wheels for Roxy my elderly Rottie. She was approaching 14 years old & was struggling to keep up with the other dogs but did not want to be left behind. Joss at Zoomadog was very helpful. Unfortunately Roxy passed away soon after I placed the order. Again Joss was very understanding & helpful & arranged a full refund. This is my second order with Zoomadog. The first I made for a dog in a Macedonian rescue a few years ago. They were extremely pleased with the build, quality & performance of the wheelchair. Excellent company, pleasant helpful staff & fantastic customer support.

I purchased the crocs type boot they have. £35 for 2 boots with £5 delivery. It's made from a very thin material that is already showing signs of breaking. It now quite often spins around my dogs' foot.

i have purchased items before and sent them back after receiving them. the price they charge is extortionate. stupidly expensive. they over charge people for pet products as they know people will pay it to help their pets.

i find it's sad that companies like these exist. making a living by overcharging

Finally, I’ve found a boot that my dog doesn’t mind wearing, that doesn’t fall off & that protects his claws (he has elbow dysplasia so drags his paws & his claws are really worn down). He actually walks ahead of me now! Very happy dog & owner!

The Kruuse knee protector was not available, so Zoomadog kindly send another make Walkabout) which we have found to be excellent. It gives just the right amount of support without constricting the leg, and our dog seems to find it quite comfortable

Zoomadog provides a truly excellent service. I am delighted and most impressed with the care, kindness and support they offer. I purchased a superb wheelchair for my dog, which fits him perfectly and is an amazing design. I could not ask for a better product or better customer service. I highly recommend the wonderful Zoomadog.
