SCAM- DO NOT BUY
Like others on here I bought the buy 1 get 2 free just to try, I NEVER signed up to a subscription, then the following month I get notified from PayPal the money was taken out. I contacted them & they said oh you did sign up for a monthly subscription. I’ve blocked them on PayPal. I thought PayPal was safe. I just finished my 2nd box, btw it states 30 days, but only 20 sachets in each box SCAM. I feel no difference.
I’ve been charged another €77 & no sign of the second delivery

Fake fake fake produkt. De stjæler dine penge. Beholder kort oplysninger og hæver penge uden ny bestilling. Totalt svindel

This is a scam. I have signed up, by accident, and have been charged 8 times for the product. They do not respond to email requests. DO NOT EVER USE THIS PRODUCT - they are frauds.

Ordered one time - no affect!

BUT the company all of a sudden send me a new order confirmation and withdrew money again - this WITHOUT me ordering again!

I have written them several times, I have received some answers (looks like AI answers!) - without any result - except for - they offered me a 25% discount if I kept the goods - which I definitely don’t want to.

They will not confirm that the no. 2 order is deleted, they will not send me return instructions before I have received my non-ordered goods - and they will not return money before they have received the non-ordered-goods back.

When i log on celividas site on my profile - it doesn’t show that I have a subscription either - checked in case I made a mistake and ordered that - and also for me to delete it - IF that was the case.

Nothing shows and nothing is possible to change or delete.

Btw - the goods are send from china which is also NOT clear when you order.

Like so many other reviews on here I have to report the same. I didn't subscribe to a regular order. When I tried to cancel they just said I had requested a subscription repeated my request to cancel and was ignored. They took a further payment.
I had to block them via my credit card.
Awful company. Not sure that product is any good anyway. Its all in the bin and put down to a bad experience.

After ordering and using for a short-time, I decided the risk of this product originating from China was too great to continue. I felt “off” while taking it and was not originally aware that the product came from China to the US. I exchanged emails with the company but they would not cancel my subscription. I ended up disputing the charge with my card services, and received a new and different card.

Count the contents . I have opened two boxes before I started counting and found that there are only 20 in the boxes. I fore gave the first but the second was the same 20.
Shortly after receiving a second order a third showed up. Be careful.

They have oversupplied and overcharged me - I can’t locate my subscription to cancel it , nor ANY emails accompanying my order or delivery. They just keep debiting my account. I have to contact my bank now to block them to stop the direct debits.

I ordered the product on 08/31/2025. It just came 09/16/2025. I knew this was what I had been waiting for but boy did this liquid Q+ pro me wrong. As soon as I took it my stomach hurt and I got a migraine fast. I swear I thought it was just from working so I took it again the day after, it gave me the same effect. im totally returning. think before you purchase. im so tired of the scams to steal peoples money. It is crap it doesnt work at all . an they say they will refund ur money which is crap also because you cant get ahold of them. Dont waste your time or money

Garbage!! The autoship is a 90 day supply every 30 days. Who needs this much? Any responses to inquiries about this forced oversupply are nonsense.
I don't even know if this stuff is working, but I'm so angry about the fleecing and the lack of honesty, I don't care if it works or not.

I ordered a 3+2 special discount offer.
When I read the package it said that every box contains 30 packets, but when you count them it turns out the content of every box is 20 packets!
Further, 6 weeks later or so, they sent the same order again, billing me also again via paypal. Without notification they turn it into a recurring order, for every month, even though they have a separate e-mail, promoting the possibility for a subscription for regular supply of the product!

These 2 factors lead me to conclude they cannot be trusted.

As for the working of the product, it is hard to tell if it does anything good for me, wait and see i guess.

I’d like to update my review and add to my below initial experience. 31st of Aug:So far so good, I needed a tracking number as I wasn’t given one when I paid. The chat team were very helpful. I haven’t yet received my order but I only ordered it yesterday. Only concern I have is they never sent me an email confirmation of my order but the chat team have assured me they have my order and will ship it out immediately. Update on this, they sent me the email confirmation the next day so all good :) 21st of Sep: OK so collected my order from post office on the 18th of September, so only a couple of weeks to arrive in Cyprus in the Mediterranean from USA. Tastes great and I use it first thing before I eat anything. Taking it now for 4 days, I do feel better during the day but I’ll update you more as I keep using it. I am feeling good about this product I have to say.

Update one month in I can’t really tell if it’s working but I’m feeling good. Only thing that concerns me is it’s not meant to be refrigerated to keep it from going off. I bought another brand from my chemist to compare and this one MUST be kept refrigerated, it’s in a bottle so I use that at home and the other Zooon I use when I’m traveling as it’s easier to takeaway.

I ordered one bottle of Zooone eye supplement and they have continued to send and bill me for numerous bottles. When I try to contact via email, they never respond. There is no phone number for them and the phone number on the package from the sender is bogus. DO NOT ORDER from them or do so at your own risk. Buyer beware!

I don’t want to give 1 star but I don’t have a cThis company is a scam! I ordered three boxes of the NAD 1000. They sent me three boxes of Super Yerba. I requested a return label to return the Yerba, they ignored my request. I asked them to resend my order. They sent me one box of NAD1000. I have sent them six emails and they responded to 2 of them. I have not tried this product so I don’t know if it works. Now I have no desire to try it! I do not want to do business with a company that pretends to have a customer money back guarantee but ignores customer requests. THEY ARE A SCAM!

I do not do anything for me but it taste like Kool-Aid. I wrote them and gave them a one star and they sent me an email back saying they would refund me if I would take my review down. They said they would give me a refund once again I still don’t have it. I tried to call customer service, but there’s no number to them. I found they were just licensed as of April 2025.

I am not 100% sure if this is the same company that is ripping me off right now, but the name of this company is ZOOONE. I ordered a box of their Nad+ supplements for $73.95 on July 4th. I have yet to receive it, I think I see it may be coming today mind you I paid extra for "expedited shipping" its July 24th today. I found out from my doc that I can't take this so I requested a return address several times via email due to that is the only way to contact this company ,they finally responded but avoiding my question failing to give me the return address. I have sent several messages and crickets.

They claim they have over 8,000 reviews, but when you click on reviews, nothing happens. It is not a link. You cannot go read reviews.
They claim it is a company "by women, for women" yet the 'About' page is completely generic, with no mention of the founders, how they met, got their start, etc.
The product itself does taste good (Yerba Peach Mango). Is it doing what it says? Maybe. I've had no bad symptoms, and it seemed to work on my body just like the Brainista product. HOWEVER: It took forever to arrive and when I read reviews on TikTok it was nothing but excuses and lies. i.e., telling me, whose mail is rarely if ever signed for that I both accepted and signed for delivery. Didn't tell me when that fever dream of theirs occurred, etc. Product arrived roughly three weeks later.
Buyer beware. Yes. They are significantly cheaper than Brainista but there is no proof on their website that everything they claim is 3rd party verified, lab-tested, etc.
