I paid but had to wait over 4 weeks. When it didn't arrive on latest estimate (30.12.25) I had to request a refund. A software update is needed to give an automatic refund that would prevent a low review.

If I could give a - I would. I ordered some sweets and some nougat. The sweets arrived but no nougat, reported it and as requested I sent photos and video as well as Royal Mail delivery showing size of package. That was over a week ago and I have emailed twice but just been ignored.

I ordered Liquorice wands. NoT properly packaged in waxed paper. Have had PERFECT fresh ones in past from Barratts direct. These were Rock hard, just shoved in a plastic bag. The sugar dots were congealed and old; Inedible. Disgusting. If I could score this 0 I would. A con! Old stock....allowed to go hard! Disgusting. NEVER order from Zorbo again!! They showed a 75 box in the ad for 21.99, but there were 24 pieces only in an old plastic bag. Con. How can they not be investigated by trading standards. Crooks! One of the cons online! Truly BAD! 😡 They should be banned from trading on line. Look at these appalling reviews. We are not lying!!!

My wife purchased through Amazon from Zorbaonlne, she was charged £21.75 for 12 bags of refresher softies sweets, when she opened the box each bag was labelled £1.15 the postage was free, they make £8.05 profit from the 12 bags, pure ripoff.
