Meine Bestellung wurde genau zur angegebenen Frist geliefert. Die Ohrstecker sind etwas kleiner, als ich von den Produktfotos angenommen habe. Sie sind wirklich sehr schön und filigran. Leider haben sich die Stecker schon bei ersten Anprobieren verbogen, weil sie sehr dünn und aus einem weichen Metall angefertigt sind. Das hat mich etwas verärgert, denn bei dem Preis habe ich erwartet, dass alles top ist.

Die Stifte der Ohrstecker sind aus 18 Karat vergoldetem 925er Sterlingsilber gefertigt. Sterlingsilber ist ein Edelmetall und von Natur aus weicher und flexibler als beispielsweise Edelstahl. Daher können sich feine Silberstifte gelegentlich leicht verbiegen. Eine leichte Biegung lässt sich in der Regel vorsichtig von Hand wieder in Form bringen.
Auch Ihr Feedback zur Größe und zum Tragekomfort wissen wir zu schätzen. Die genauen Maße unserer Schmuckstücke sind in der jeweiligen Produktbeschreibung angegeben, um die Größenverhältnisse vor dem Kauf besser einschätzen zu können. Wir verstehen jedoch, dass die Größe auf Produktfotos manchmal anders wahrgenommen werden kann. Für alle, die einen besonders einfach zu handhabenden Verschluss bevorzugen, können unsere Silikon-Ohrverschlüsse mit Metallkern eine praktische Alternative sein, da sie sich besonders leicht aufsetzen und abnehmen lassen.

Never received the parcel
Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with this order. I waited almost two months for a parcel worth nearly €200, but it never reached me. As instructed, I checked with my neighbours and contacted local post office and I then waited another month for a second investigation.
The company ultimately decided not to provide either a refund or a replacement. I understand that delivery issues can occur, but I had hoped for a more helpful resolution, especially since I did not personally receive or sign for the parcel.
Sadly, I am now left without both the order and the money I paid. I hope the company will reconsider how similar cases are handled in the future.

After you reported that the parcel had not been received, we promptly opened a formal investigation with PostNord Sweden, which was conducted together with the destination carrier. We also shared the investigation reference with you and kept you updated throughout the process while awaiting the carrier’s final findings.
Following the completed investigation, the official conclusion provided by the carriers was that the shipment had been successfully delivered, consistent with the tracking information available on both carriers’ official tracking websites, and that no delivery irregularities were identified. As our decisions regarding delivery disputes must be based on the official findings of the shipping carriers, we were unfortunately unable to approve a refund or replacement in this case.

I picked out beautiful earrings but there was no exact measurements or photo of a model wearing these earrings provided. So I reached out to the brand over instagram. They wrote me back in 30 minutes (it was Saturday) and were super helpful, sent me measurements, more pictures and a video. The order was shipped the next day and arrived super quickly. It was packed so beautifully and the earrings are very good quality, look exactly as in the pictures. Also, they considered my feedback and added more photos in the website for a clearer size reference. I cannot wait to order from this brand again.
