Excellent website creator and easy to…
Excellent website creator and easy to use. I have raised a few support tickets and these have been answered quickly and effectively. We are shortly about to market our website to our customers and hopefully they like zpe commerce as much as we do.

Thank you for letting us help you with your store. It is tricky sometimes this online business :) Mail boxes can be complicated too - we know only too well. Thank you for sticking with it!
We are a small family business, we can get busy but we are always here for you :) Our opening hours are not as long as bigger companies but we try and reflect this in our pricing. Currently our opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm - but please drop us an email anytime and we will answer your queries as soon as possible.

This is my first online store I have…
This is my first online store I have opened so I am learning as I go on.
I am not a very ' Techy' person but I am finding the Shop Platform quite straight forward to work with and if I am struggling with anything there are plenty of useful 'Userguides' to use. I have only needed to use the Customer Service once so far and I got a very quick comprehensive reply.
The cost of using the Shop Platform also seems very reasonable compared to other companies and it's nice that they are a UK based Family run Business. I am confident I have picked the right Company to work with, in order to improve and grow my online store in the future.

Fantastic company
Fantastic company, they have helped me build my own profession website for my business.support is excellent I even had support on a Sunday Morning when I had an issue. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a website. Lots of templates to use.
