So zs requested for information in regards to my review and they still haven't responded I am appauled and so upset if u can't give me the product at least refund this is so upsetting you guys have the worst service ever I had had enough of emailing messaging so much and having no response all while u seem perfectly fine and jolly posting stuff on Instagram releasing new products as I saw on your Instagram story probably from the money you scammed off so many people I'm just so upset why is no one helping from your company

Ordered on December 1st when dispatch was supposedly taking up to 7 days. It took them 10 days to dispatch. Okay, not a problem, they are a small business. I ordered based on a tiktok influencer who has now deleted her video reviews and has come out and said she no longer supports them and wasn’t aware it was a scam. I have screenshots of her saying this. Unfortunately, this company still has her reviews on their Instagram.

My items still hadn’t arrived by 6th January so I emailed. No response. Sent an Instagram message on 22nd January. No response. I sent 2 more emails on 28th January. No response despite an Instagram story saying they were replying to all remaining DMs. I then googled this company and saw just how many people had received no items and no response to communications. Not just in the UK.

Ms Sarfraz seems to respond on this website to people calling her company a scam. If someone gives you money for a product or service and they do no receive that product or service and all communication is ignored, then you have scammed them of their money. Unfortunately the fraud team are now involved.

IT’S A SCAM! Never got my order and never got any reply to my email. All my comments on the social media were deleted… can’t get my refund either, because I paid with my local bank, not Paypal. Don’t order from here!!! ORDER number is ZS3386. Order was placed on December 1st.

I guess like many of you I ordered in Dec. never received my product, emailed now 6 times and one response last week when I flagged them on Shopify but still have not received my $65 dollars back or the products- scam co. Very sad because some influencers raved about them.

Like so many of you, I ordered in December. The “dispatch can take up to 7 days” I’m fine with. I can even deal with it just taking a while just because of holiday season. But I ordered it almost 2 months ago and I emailed the “info @“ email several times. Replied to my order confirmation email too with inquiries about where on earth my order is. 60 days with no tracking and zero replies? Unprofessional. They keep replying to all bad reviews “please email us at info email. I ordered on Dec 20th 2021. I have emailed on Jan 22nd Jan 22nd again, Jan 24th and Jan 30th. Zero response. I don’t know how you all are getting orders so quickly or getting orders at all. I spent 75.00 with y’all. Not impressed.

Ordered based on a tiktok from a makeup influencer. That was back on 12/19/21.

I didn't want to bother anyone do I waited until 30 days had passed and sent a follow up email.

No response.

Sent a second email and waiting on replies still.

I understand a small business can get behind but it's going on 60 days. If you're behind, please reach out to your customers. It's unfair to have money paid for goods that never arrive and a company that ignores you.

Currently going through afterpay/bank to get a refund as this is too long to be ignored. I'm not sure how others are getting their orders so fast. I'm jealous because they goods looked beautiful. This has been disappointing.

Horrible company... After 2 months I did not received the items yet and I don't get any answer from the customer service. Don't buy from them. I gave 1 star because there is no the option for 0

Don't waste your money, the items will never arrive and they won't reply to emails. Ordered in December, never received. Look at all the negative reviews, they are there for a reason!!!!!

This website must be a joke, over a month and i still haven't receveid my order, not even one response to all the amount of emails i sent to you guys, i really tired and sick of this crap, i payed for my order and now i want my order or give me back my money, you are saying that this isnt a scam well it shore locks like it, im really done whit all of this merda, fdps!!!WORTS SITE IN THE ALL WORLD !!! REPORT IT'S FRAUD!

I’d give it a zero if I could considering I ordered almost $60 in glitter two months ago that never arrived and with no response from customer service when I emailed directly AND on social media commented and dm’d multiple times, I had to report it to my bank for a non delivery of goods to get my money back. Super disappointing and not happy at all. It’s one thing to be overwhelmed with orders. It’s another to blatantly Ignore a customer who just wants the goods she paid for.

After being skeptical through some of the bad reviews on here I ordered some of the pressed glitters as a Valentine’s Day present for my girlfriend but they have arrived in the post this morning and she is going to be so excited when she opens them! Thank you zs official! The only bad thing I could point out is if you give your customers a tracking number it would be easier and more reassuring for the customer but thank you for my parcel and making my girlfriends Valentine’s Day special!

This awful scam of a company is actually paying people to write good reviews for them meanwhile ignoring paying customers who have yet to receive their orders. They asked for my confirmation number through Trustpilot and have yet to respond. Not answering emails or dms. I’m sick. I hope the owner is enjoying the vacation that us customers paid for. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

The most amazing brand, always comes to fast and I will always say this about the brand. 10/10 everytime xx

SCAMMER BEWARE

This website is a total scam beware of purchasing from them or trusting with your money. I made an order worth over USD100 and I waited over a week for a shipment. Emailed the seller and they claimed to have sent it but nothing arrived an no tracking was provided. The shipment never arrived and the seller never responded to emails.

Answering every review but mine?? Seriously? Yall are so childish. Get me my package please.

Absolute scam!!! Placed an order on 1st December 2021 and I'm still waiting!! Emailed on multiple occasions to only have 1 reply, apparently my parcel was "lost in the post" and they would resend it. Again still waiting!! Going to be contacting trading standards cause this is not on!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

I have wrote these people twice on email and on Instagram I wish I would have looked more into it before placing a big order no one has contact me back they even turned off there comments which to me is kinda weird I had even comment and they never responded to that either so don’t waste your money on these glitters

Still waiting for my order two months on and no one replies to emails. They've now changed their insta to private. Contacting trading standards

UPDATE: they responded to this review as if they were going to do something! Ha! What a joke. I sent the info they requested immediately and then again there was no response. Don’t be fooled! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I ordered 2 months ago and have not received my order nor have I heard back after the 7 attempts to contact them regarding my order.
