Terrible company. Devious in the subscription process and non communicative now I want to return. Complete scammers, don’t do it!

Do not purchase from this Company. I have now had 3 reoccurring charges to my account even though I have already been in contact with them to cancel.

This company signed me up for monthly subscription and has been charging my account every month. Who on earth would sign up to a subscription. I’ve contacted and emailed and left enquiries advising of this for 6 weeks and no response to any. Very disappointed that companies can get away with this.

They charged my account multiple times in an unauthorised manner. I had ordered the eyeliner once and I had been charged for it 3 times. I had to cancel my card so that further transactions werent made. DO NOT BUY!

Didn’t expect much at first but I’m actually really happy with it. It’s easy to apply and doesn’t smudge during the day. I’ve used it a few times now and it holds up well. Good quality for the price.

They subscribed me at checkout hidden when you press buy now. They automatically take the money monthly

I bought winged eyeliner stamps - which genuinely weren’t great. The wings themselves were too large and thin. However I’ve also had an issue with a subscription I didn’t sign up for.’ A response in an email has informed me that I selected a subscription’ at the checkout - which I did not see. After the second order for winged eyeliner went through and I received a confirmation email I had to immediately contact the company to cancel it. They’ve now stopped the subscription but (as usual) it’s possibly too late to stop the current one processing so that one will go through.

I didn’t see anything suggesting I was purchasing a subscription of eye liner so beware at checkout.
