Great customer service via phone
When I had to make alterations to my loan amount, I called the manager for my account and was connected quickly and had all of my questions answered very quickly.

Zuntafi has shady practices
Zuntafi has shady practices. When I asked what credit score report was used to calculate my interest the account manager refused to tell me and would not tell me the date my credit was pulled. I had reviewed my credit score the day I unfroze it and it was over 800

Thank you for taking the time to provide honest feedback. I want you to know that I researched to get a little more insight into what happened here. When you corresponded with our office via email, you had requested a copy of your credit report. Policy prohibits us from providing you with a copy of the bureaus credit report, however you can request a copy on your own directly with the agencies. In general, there are variances in FICO scores depending upon the model calculation methodology and bureau. At ZuntaFi, we pride ourselves in providing honest, transparent and personal service. Cruel and Greedy Manipulation
Firstly, I have a great credit score and I haven't ever missed a payment in the entirety of my credit history. I also currently have a student loan open with ZuntaFi already in which I have been compliant as well.
That being said I received a utterly egregious rate of interest on my most recent loan. Unfortunately since my school is not yet accredited, I had no other option but to accept this unreasonable rate without so much as an attempt at an explanation by this company.
I understand that to this company I am nothing but an irrelevant borrower who has no influence with which to petition my cause. But shame on you ZuntaFi for exploiting those of us who have no choice but to secure funding for our education through your dishonorable business. Shame on you for financially bludgeoned myself and those like me with these exorbitant rates.
I understand that this review will make no difference, but I am taking the time to write it because I want ZuntaFi to know that soon enough I will have the influence and recognition to make a difference. And I will ensure that any and all institutions or corporations that I interact with avoid this company and any of its subsidiaries that profit from praying on those in my situation.
Shame on you. I hope the business I take from you in the future, more than makes up for the money you will steal from me in the next several years. Till then, enjoy my timely payments and my ingratitude.
