What stood out to me was the quality of the custom design process and the final craftsmanship. I was involved throughout the process, from approving the CAD design and centre stone to receiving photos and videos before the ring was shipped. The ring itself is beautifully made and exactly what I had envisioned.

My experience wasn’t without challenges. International shipping and customs delays meant my order took much longer than expected, and there were a few missed timelines along the way. However, Zuvelio ultimately took responsibility, remade the ring when the original shipment ran into issues, and honoured their commitment to ensure I received it.

My advice to future buyers would be to allow extra time if you’re ordering internationally. The craftsmanship is excellent, but shipping can be unpredictable. In the end, I’m very happy with my ring and appreciate that Zuvelio worked to resolve the issues and deliver a beautiful final product.

My partner and I ordered a custom set of three rings from Zuvelio, and they turned out absolutely perfect 🥹 After discovering the r/labdiamond and r/moissanite communities, I went down a serious shiny rabbit hole researching vendors, designs, and reviews before making a decision.

From deposit payment to delivery, the process took exactly two months. While this was significantly longer than the initial 3–4 week estimate they initially provided, every detail was eventually executed perfectly, and the final result was absolutely 100% worth the wait.

There were moments when I felt frustrated by the lack of updates and occasional communication gaps. However, Zuvelio was receptive to feedback and willing to make corrections whenever issues were identified. If they continue improving their communication and provide timely updates, I genuinely believe they would be a 10/10 vendor.

The craftsmanship exceeded our expectations. The rings are beautifully made, feel substantial and luxurious, and every detail we requested was executed flawlessly. I especially love how the rings stack perfectly flush while also looking beautiful when worn individually or in different combinations.

We ordered a temporary engagement ring last year that was stunning. Now that we have saved up we ordered a new one in platinum, bezel setting in stead of prongs and a couple of other smaller changes. I am so happy with the result.

It took about 2 months from start to delivered. But I told them there were no rush and I also had some things I wanted them to redo after I saw the first batch of pictures and videos. They made sure I was 100% happy with the ring before they shipped it.

They also made sure to update me on each step. I am very satisfied with both the communication and the result.

I bought a bridal set from Zuvelio, there were several different sites I looked at beforehand but I couldn't find anything I liked as a whole, just bits of each set that I loved.

I contacted them for a custom ring and they were really accommodating with the time difference as well, by the time the meeting finished, it was about 11pm for them, which he hadn't even brought up until I asked!

Jayant was the person who I mostly had contact with, he was really clear about the process, the pricing and how long it would take, even offering to put in a rush order if I needed it. He then went back and forth with some designs, changing aspects I wasn't too fond of until it was pretty much perfect. I actually really enjoyed the whole process because they made it so straightforward, and now we're looking to go back for a custom gold ring with them too.

The customer service is phenomenal. They are very receptive, respond in a timely manner, and are open to work with ideas. I purchased my ring through a group order and they were willing to accommodate my special request for a different cut of stone. They are timely and sent photo + video checks of the stone and pre-shipment checks of the final product.

My experience working with Jayant at Zuvelio was wonderful. I was looking for a custom ring, and when I received it I decided I wanted to change something about it (add a second stone to make it a toi et moi ring) so I sent it back for the change to be made.
Unfortunately, they weren’t able to get the color of the second stone exactly how I wanted it, but they cut 3 stones for me and I felt bad rejecting it again so I just approved to move on with the 3rd stone. The third stone was so similar to the second stone I was thinking maybe what I wanted just wasn’t available, so we just moved ahead.
Well, I received my ring this week and it is so beautiful I cant stop staring at my hand! The second stone still isn't what I was hoping for but it’s still so beautiful. And I would absolutely work with Zuvelio again for another project!

Jayant was excellent to work with. Very communicative. He answered all my (many) questions with kindness and efficiency. Will be working with him again in the future!!
