Been with Zynoo for about a year now…

Been with Zynoo for about a year now after switching from another provider. The dashboard could use some improvement, took me a while to find where to manage my SSL settings. That said, their support team got back to me within an hour when I had questions, which was nice. Uptime has been reliable, and the DDoS protection activated once when we got hit with some traffic spikes. Migration from my old host was free and painless, though the process felt a bit slow at the 48-hour mark.

Not trust worthy. They access your account from back-end and steal whatever you are doing there. Don't use it for private business cos you are not safe

During the initial provisioning of a Windows VPS, temporary system-level configuration is required to activate the Windows license and enable RDP connectivity. This is a standard automated setup process necessary to deliver a fully functional server.

Once the VPS is delivered, we explicitly advise all customers to change the default Administrator password immediately. After the password is changed, access to the server is fully under the client’s control, and our team cannot log in unless credentials are voluntarily provided.

We would like to clarify that we did not access your VPS after delivery, nor did we retrieve or interfere with any data. Server access is only reviewed in cases involving verified abuse reports, which does not apply to your account.

If you believe there has been unauthorized access, we welcome the opportunity to review any login logs or evidence so we can investigate properly.

In your support ticket, you reported the error:
“Domain has exceeded the max defers and failures per hour (5/5).”

This message refers to 5 consecutive delivery failures within one hour — not a 5 emails/hour plan limit.

The failures occurred after Yahoo/AOL rejected multiple emails due to an external blacklist status (TSS09). Our automated protection system temporarily paused outgoing mail to safeguard server reputation for all users.

We investigated your case immediately, verified email authentication, confirmed other providers (Gmail/Hotmail) were working normally, and resolved the server-side restriction.

This was a security safeguard triggered by repeated rejections — not a hidden plan limitation.

We remain available to assist further if needed.

Falsified Trustpilot Rating!

Zynoo is falsifying its Trustpilot rating on their website, claiming to have a 4.5 rating from 60 reviews. However, the actual rating is lower, and they don’t have 60 reviews. This is scam behavior.

I have used Zynoo hosting's servers

I have used Zynoo hosting's servers, which are slow and can suddenly disconnect, remaining down for hours. We have to contact support, which typically restores the service within 1-2 hours. I wouldn't recommend them for large projects, but they might be suitable for smaller ones.

Zynoo shut down my hosting without…

Zynoo shut down my hosting without warning, even though I had paid for the annual hosting plan. They didn’t issue a refund either. It’s not worth using such a hosting service, and their customer support ignores all my emails.
