Disappointing
I like the available equipment and facilities. However, I do not like the lack of help for a new member. You sent me two emails telling me that I could have 2 sessions with a personal trainer for £50, but when I tried to arrange this I was told it was an old offer and not available. Consequently, I can only make minimal use of the gym and I can’t make good (or safe) use of my membership. I am very disappointed.
