Afgaande op andere reviews, zijn ze soms inderdaad traag met antwoorden, maar steeds heb ik een oplossing gekregen voor mijn vragen.
1 Maal iets verkeerd geleverd, geen priobleem , het goede product achterna gezonden gekregen, hoefde het verkeerde niet terug te sturen.
Al bij al, een goede ervaring met deze retailer.

As always, the customer service team has fast responses, is very knowledgeable & proficient and most of all gets the job done. Bravo, especially for this price point!
To be honest it is my first experience with app hosting and I believe it will be my only one, I cannot imagine there would be a better hoster available.

Been with them over a year now, and their service is impeccable.
On the rare occasions there is an issue, it seems to be someone abusing the shared resources, which is then solved literally within 5 minutes.
I have had no experience with another seedbox, but I don't have to, it cannot be better than this one ...

They do not only deliver a great service, but also great support. I had an issue with too high IO, probably one of the users was abusing the system, and they immediately fixed the issue! IO back to normal, me happy :-)

Super satisfied with this company. Both the service itself as well as the support are excellent!

Good prices, just personally shipment takes almost a week k. So if ur willing to wait might be a good option!

Correcte prijs, snelle levering

Delivery time was of course not as fast a regular Belgian or Dutch shop, but I was well informed of the status of the command, what I was receiving, and when I was going to receive it.
I got my alexa dot since I could not but it from the official Amazon store, even cheaper then on amazon itself!
For me definitely buy worthy shop!
