‘Deal’ and automatic renewal .

Be careful when you sign up to one of their ‘deals’. I was unaware that there was an automatic renewal and ended up paying £229 for the year.
I hadn’t noticed this payment as I’d been unwell and hadn’t checked my account.
I was refused a refund.

Items sent were shoddy poorly made and…

Items sent were shoddy poorly made and only fit for the bin. What a disgraceful company. I sent photos of the items I’d received plus photos of the advertised items for comparison. Their response was to inform me that it would cost me €20/30 to return and they could offer me 15% refund and would plant a tree!!!!!
I consider them to be a scam - disgraceful and a waste of £58.41!

Reported to Action fraud

I’ve reported this company to action fraud.
I have been extremely stressed by them and their constant threatening emails.
I actually did try to pay, frequently, and have only just connected my cards being blocked with my attempt to pay this company.
For anyone interested there is a Facebook group called ‘scammed by termination experts’!

Disgusting company

Disgusting company. Somehow I inadvertently contacted this company when I was attempting to cancel a telegraph digital print. I had no idea this had happened.
I then received an invoice for their service. I informed them that I had no idea of their ‘contract’ and would discuss this with the telegraph.
This I did and the telegraph had no knowledge of them.
I kept getting more invoices with interest added. They gave me no leeway and eventually I decided I had to pay them so that I didn’t have to be involved with them. Appalling disgraceful and rude response!!!

Debenhams - don’t do it!

Made an order for a chair for I’ll sister. A few hours later I tried to cancel as she didn’t want it. Not a chance! Took ages for a response - no telephone contact. Told to contact supplier ( thought it was them) to arrange a pick up - how on earth to do that?!
Decided to gift it to another family member who live close by in same town - no way either. What a dreadful company. Beware!

Useless response from this company - couldn’t even redirect to another address in Maidenhead DONT USE THIS DREADFUL COMPANY

Thank you for taking the time to leave a rview on your recent experience.

As per our T&Cs, once an order is placed, we are unable to amend or cancel it I’m afraid. It’s not because we don’t want to, but once your order is put through, the warehouse team begin to pick and pack your order super quick. It is then stored amongst thousands of other orders awaiting dispatch. As they work on thousands of orders each day, they are physically unable to single out one order to switch details around.

We can only offer to return any items that are not suitable or no longer needed for a refund.

Rubbish mops

Bought 2 mops from this company £19.99 each. Absolute rubbish - felt like a temu product. Then had to pay exorbitant p and p to return .
Complained to company and was advised I could have a £5 voucher off my next purchase - needless to say there won’t be a next purchase and I had purchased quite a few items from this company in the past.

I have been th asked to confirm my order…

I have been asked to confirm my order number. How do I do this as there doesn’t seem to be an option to respond to the range’s reply on trip adviser. Also when I checked my order number it doesn’t correspond to what the range ask for.

We are sorry to hear about the issues with your order. I can confirm that this order is sold and dispatched by a Range Plus Retailer, MH Star. As a result, you emails have been assigned to MH Star who are working to assist all customers directly, as swiftly as they can. While we appreciate that it is taking longer then expected to receive a response from the retailer, we ask that you allow them time to respond to you allow them time to respond to you, and refrain from sending emails to chase a response as this will update your ticket and will thus prevent the retailer from picking up on your ticket. If you would not like to wait for an email response, you can call MH Star directly on 0800 240 4050. We hope this is resolved with you swiftly.

RETURNING A PRODUCT TO THE RANGE - BEWARE

Tried to return a product that was unsatisfactory. My emails were not responded too so I took the product to the range in Slough. They ere unable to accept it there as it came from another company that the range used. After explaining that I had not received a response from my emails the customer care representative was very helpful and she contacted the main office. The woman she spoke to told her to tell the customer stop emailing! How exceedingly rude and unhelpful. And I still haven’t been able to return this product nor receive a refund.

Based on the information provided we have been unable to locate your order number. So, we can investigate this with you can you please update your review with your order number, which should look like W123456 or S1234567.

Once we can identify your order then someone will investigate your concern and aim to get back to you with either a resolution or at least an update as soon as possible.

We hope this gets resolved for you quickly and that despite this you will consider shopping with the Range in the future.

Childs trainers

Tried to repair the top of the back of grandsons shoe where my puppy had chewed but unfortunately it fell off the next day - maybe a task too far?!
