Awful… just don’t. The beautiful dress I ordered was in no way shape or form what was advertised. It was a cheap & nasty material & imitation.
The 30 day free return (no questions asked) is not that. It came from China & not Manchester UK as advertised. Luckily I had paid via PayPal who refunded me as their customer service was unhelpful and merely offered a small discount to keep the item as it would cost me almost what I paid to return it (they informed me)

Dress arrived but it was made from a very odd fabric and the fit was also very strange. Contacted them to return it and after several emails eventually got the return address in china.
I blame myself for not checking out their returns policy prior to ordering. Predictably the cost to return was large so I opted instead to accept the 40% refund I was offered.
I’ve since donated the dress to a charity shop.
However I have not received the promised refund.
I’ve now contacted them twice to query where my refund is but they haven’t responded.
So do not use this company.
I feel like I have been scammed by them.

I ordered a summer dress from Ivy and Sophie and after a few weeks still hadnt received the dress. I wrote asking where the dress was from and informed their supplier was in Indonesia. Finally recieved a very tatty, cheap nylon dress from China. Nothing like the photo and certainly not worth £38 let aling the original price of £130+.
Complained to their Customer support and was told i would have to send the dress back to China at my own expense or recieve a £50 dtore credit or a choice of anything from their website for free!
No way do i want their tat so am sending the rubbish back to China.

Wish I had read the reviews earlier.

Avoid at all costs, they sent the wrong items but refused to cover the costs of the return. In the end they agreed they would refund 100% but I have e-mailed them about 30 times and they are now ignoring me without refunding. Absolute tat

Stay away from this company, utter scam and cheap nasty clothing. No money back guarantee but a £15-£45 postal charge back to them. They are not based in Manchester UK. Will report to as many people as possible

Avoid at all costs. Poses as UK company, but is based in China. Took weeks to arrive. Terrible fabric. No labels, even re fabric care or size. The dress was massive, even though I ordered the correct size. Took several emails before the return address was released. They did eventually offer a 35% discount to keep the item. Although it is no use, I took this up because the cost of return postage was so expensive.

Apparently no British return address for unwanted items.
PLEASE think carefully before BUYing from this company.
I’m having a devil of a job getting a return address for a full refund.

Absolutely awful do not buy from this company, the items I got were nothing like on photos completely misleading and it is hard to get money back, so basically you end up losing money. Appalling and all from China, you have to send back to China. They offer you money back, haven't had mine yet!!! This company should not be allowed to exist. Fraudulent images that are not the items

Shocking. The dress I ordered was terrible quality. The company isn’t two girls from Manchester. Items are marketed under different names from China. They don’t offer free returns so expensive to send back. Misleading and misrepresenting to say the least.

Awful! I’ve received two dresses. One was terribly printed, really poor quality. I’ve sent an email asking for a refund, and sent messages through instagram chasing a response and had nothing.
I would not recommend buying anything from here. I’ve spent £82 and not able to return items as my email has been ignored.

Total scam. Based in China, not Manchester. The garments bear no resemblance to the images and are made from nasty, evil-smelling nylon fabric that's not even fit for the bin. I fought through the refund process until they relented and sent me a return address. The postage was almost £20 but I was determined not to let them get away with not refunding me. However, the items I returned are still in China customs and have been for almost 2 months because the company won't give the go-ahead to release them. I have received a chargeback from my bank and will be taking further action to recover my postage costs. Absolute crooks!

Is there not something that can be done to warn customers about this company?
I always tell my parents, in their 80’s, to check Trustpilot before ordering online. However, during an advert break, I ordered a dress without following my own advice. The fact that the company had a long history trading in Manchester and the fact that the dress wasn’t a crazy price like £9.99 made sense and I paid with Apple Pay.
Almost immediately I thought to check on here. I was so angry with myself and immediately cancelled the order within an hour.
Their site states that you can cancel within 24 hrs. Despite it only being an hour the payment was taken the following day. Then started weeks of emails from me requesting a refund and a couple of emails from them agreeing to do so. After 3 weeks I threatened to involve my bank and they replied suggesting that my bank were causing the delay!
My bank refunded the £39.99.
Today the ‘dress’ was delivered so they obviously did not cancel the order.
It is HORRIFIC.
How many people are going to get scammed by this Chinese rubbish?

This is a Chinese based company and not a European boutique as the website leaves you to believe. The dress I ordered was nothing like the dress advertised and was very poor quality, plastic fabric. The 30 day money back guarantee is not the case. I was offered a 15% refund with excuses about avoiding high postage costs. I would avoid buying anything from this company; it is a scam and you will be left with a cheap imitation of what you think you ordered!!!

Never buy from this company . What you receive is nothing like the advertisement, total scam . Taking easy money from people’s hard earn wages . Offer 15% refund and you can keep the awful item sent or pay up £45 to return total scam

Please, please, please don’t make the mistake of ordering from this company.

It’s set out as a very high-end website and it is actually far worse than SHEIN

Where as the website indicates It’s some high-end London shop that’s giving you all these beautiful clothes are a third of the Price. Ivy and Sophie, the ladies that are supposedly the owners are blatantly AI characters.
The clothes I paid £140 for I will be putting them in the charity shop if I can’t get a refund.

Only put 1 because 0 not an option. Well, I have been well and truly scammed. Waited for ages for delivery from an alleged’ Manchester’ business. In email conversations reassuring me it was on its way. Paid £50 for a dress allegedly reduced from £200. Came from China… the shittiest quality product you have ever seen. My son asked if it was a pirate fancy dress coat! Oh did we laugh… not so funny that I lost £50 though. Must have cost less than £5 to produce. Guess what?? No response to emails since it arrived, despite website stating 30 day money back guarantee. Buyer beware. 😡😡Back to high street shopping for me. Will report to trading standards and rip off Britain, just to try to make myself feel better about experience.

Unbelievably long wait for the item to arrive. The product was like a VERY cheap and nasty version of what was in the pictures. The pictured had a material that was not white inside. What I received was wite inside as it was just a print on one side (the outer part) and not a woven, material as it appeared in the picture. The seams on each side of the buttons didn't match. It is an awful dress and I can only bin it. Returning it seems impossible. Don't bother.

Is there not a zero star option? Do not buy products they do not resemble images at all , nasty nylon & shapeless. You cannot return them despite claims but instead they will offer a 15 percent refund & claim postage is too expensive. This is obviously their business model.

Absolutely terrible quality.
Not able to wear . Literally only bin worthy. Clearly different from the pics in the adverts. Total mis selling. Such a shame companies are getting away with this false advertising.
Essentially not possibly to return due to fees for return.

I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering. Dress totally different from the item I ordered. Poor quality . Very disappointed. Am awaiting a response from the company but not holding out much hope judging by previous comments.
