Good and efficient service, mostly.
I got a couple of pairs of specs made up to my prescription; all very helpful, and picked them up 2 weeks later.
I also needed a copy of my prescription to take to the hospital, which I got, but seemed to take rather longer than necessary to get. How long does it take to hit "Print"?
