Really disappointed with the customer…
Really disappointed with the customer service from Smart Care AA. I have sent numerous emails trying to get help with my issue, but I have received no response and nobody has called me back.
I find this extremely frustrating and unacceptable, especially when I have made several attempts to contact them. Good customer service should include responding to customers and keeping them informed, but unfortunately that has not been my experience.
At this point, I’m very unhappy with the level of service I’ve received and would not recommend Smart Care AA based on my experience.

My experience was that I had a courteous mechanic perform my service, and he provided me with valuable advice. I would have rated the service at five stars if I had been informed of the approximate time of his arrival. This would have been beneficial if I had been able to anticipate the arrival of my mechanic for the entire afternoon..
