I’m not usually stupid but can’t believe the item that turned up. The cardigan looked good on their website but it is appalling. Not well made but the worst thing is the size they sent. I’m a 12 and the cardigan was even too big for my friend who is size 16/18.

Was dreading having to ask for help but your member of staff was excellent and instantly, with a few kind , supportive words he put me at ease. He supported me all the way through a long process and fixed the problem.

I ordered flowers and a card for someone in lockdown and the flowers were past their best when they arrived. My sister was Very embarrassed to tell me but she took photos of them after I pressed her. I tried to contact Moonpig without success

Returned to doorstep deliveries after a number of years and enjoying the experience. Great to find fresh milk in bottles when we get up in the morning and love the offers that come through each week. Easy to use website but had a bit of difficulty when needing to change my order for a week and cancel a couple of days. I’m sure I’ll work it out eventually
