The staff at this location are absolutely amazing. In particular the manager, Tiffany. I bought a decent puffer jacket earlier this year. Unfortunately it ripped not long after buying it. The manager was able on this occasion to replace with a new one. No hassle and complete understanding. On top of that, Tiffany explained the whole process thoroughly and in a friendly and professional manner. I will always get my climbing/outdoor clothing now from theses guys. Fantastic service.

From start to finish, the good people of Engwe bikes were fantastic. I had some early issues with a potential fraud when trying to purchase the bike through Klarna. This ended in a refund. The process of this was given full support and understanding from Engwe throughout. I then paid outright and received the bike within a week.I also paid for a panier bag and bmx style handle bars. Due to a mix up with the royal mail, the paniers were delivered without the handle bars. Again, Engwe's support throughout this process, made the experience much less of a pain. I eventually recieved the bars after they chased them up. In all I have found their support to be exemplary and work ethic also very good. I would strongly recommend them to anyone wishing to buy a Pro 2. A game changer in Ebiking.... A very satisfied customer.

The PDSA is a fundamentally important service for many people and their pets. Without them many would suffer, both the pets and their owners alike.
Vets are very expensive and often lacking in empathy. I went to one locally for my cat and was unimpressed at their work ethic and pricing. Thank God for charities like the PDSA. Honestly, I cannot praise them enough.

Fast, professional and friendly!

From the first aid through to the CPO course, these guys are a fantastic team. Honestly, they made the whole experience great from start to finish. Both highly professional and motivated, Cobra provided an engaging and cohesive learning experience at an incredible price. I was totally impressed by the high level of teaching throughout the course. The main trainer Nick has a down to earth and open approach to teaching, as do the others in the team. All consistent at delivering the course with a passion that is rare to find.I feel as though I have been given the keys to a new career and made some great contacts on the way. I will be doing further training with Cobra very soon.

I tried leaving an honest but bad review about checkatrade on tool talk. It wouldn't let me. I'm guessing they are affiliated or a part of checkeatrade!

Bag O Sh%te! Enough said!! Well almost anyway. If like me you was given a massive headache by these c%nts then more effort is needed.
The company is owned by Kingfisher PLC. They own B&Q and also Screw-fix. If you ever find yourself in the middle of any of these companies then you need to come to terms with the extinction of human kind as well. Because the two experiences would give the user the same accord! To completely fu%k up your life! Well obviously i exaggerate but let me tell you people that this is an unholy alliance indeed. Avoid all of them if you can, your day will only be a bit better for it!!
