Absolutely LOVE JD on Henry Street in Dublin, shop in it all the time, staff very friendly and efficient. Love JD sports full stop, best sports shop on the planet.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I feel there is a lovely vibe in the gym, it's also spotlessly clean. I am delighted I moved to energié from the other gym I was in.

Absolutely horrendous service. Delivery driver did not even ring the door bell, just put the docket through the letterbox even though there was someone home. Rang depot to see if the package could be dropped today, the guy on the phone was extremely rude with zero customer service skills, put me on hold and then cut me off. Have never had a good delivery experience with this company, don`t know where they get some of their employees from but they need to be retrained.
