Precio del seguro muy razonable, personal amable y conocen bien el sistema. Tambien me refirieron a un hospital de buena reputacion e hicieron llamadas de seguimiento cuando pude preguntar mis dudas despues del evento.

Hay que estar atento a firmar el documento que autoriza a que Assitcard tenga acceso a mi historia clinica en el hospital e insistir al de la recepcion en el hospital busque en la maquina de fax el documento para firmarlo pues de otra forma Assistcard no puede ver el servicio que le fue dado al paciente. Eso es mas un procedimiento con el hospital que tal vez no estan acostumbrados a este paso.

the staff was friendly and competent. They gave me a 10% discount for first time customer and because I was ill advised at another place previously that told me I had to change my oil before my honda showed 15% when I reached the mileage on the sticker, he gave me an additional 15 dollars off!
It was fast also, 10 minutes they say and 10 min it was.

Our guide was fantastic and I would have given you a 5 star rating, however, the lady on the phone when I first called to arrange the vacation, did not seem very friendly. She gave the information when I asked but since I did not know what to expect, it would have been better if she explained the range of things you offer in a friendlier way. She was fine, just did not seem to want to engage. I understand she has a ton of phone calls a day and perhaps it is hard to keep up a friendly voice all day. I also understand that maybe I was more needy than the average customer since I had a lot on my mind. She did try to help with a suggestion but I was asking for a broad view of what you offered when she referred me to the web page. In conclusion, she performed her tasks appropriately, just not inviting or pleasant. They guide is a 5 and the lady on the phone a 3.
