Be very careful when booking!!! We booked a package including flights, hotel, transfer etc. We chose the airport suggested by loveholiday, when you choose the hotel, it automatically gives you flights all from the same airport( there were not other options given) and hotel page on the loveholidays site said a 1 hour transfer. I don't know turkey, so you trust the website is going to book the closest airport. We ended up having almost a 4 hour transfer. Either they just don't care which airport they allocate to the hotel or the webpagewas wrong. There were 5-6 other groups being dropped off on the transfer who all said they thought it was meant to be about an hour. Must have been a website error. But loveholiday have washed their hands of us. I am on holiday at the moment, I asked as a gesture of good will would they pay for a private hire upgrade to get us transferred back faster, they refused and ultimately said you cannot rely on the website information!!! Apparently if it says the airport is an hour away, it is still ok to have a transfer of nearly 4 hours. I asked if we cannot rely on the website information then what it was therefore, they have not responded...

Crazy really, the transfer was longer than the flight!!! I have 3 young kids, the transfer is simply unacceptable, I could just about live with the 80s/90s mini van with little or no Aircon, but the nearly 4 hours is ridiculous. Loveholidays do not appear part of abta so that means it's harder to get them to help. I will know that for next time, I hope this review will make you aware and think twice b fore using them. They have been no help whatsoever, simply put I won't be using them again and I would advise others not to.

Since putting my review on, there has been the reply below. I would suggest people reading this Ignore the standard response from loveholidays below, they have told me that they won't be able to help. As far as they are concerned a 3.5 hour transfer is within what they consider their terms. The 1 hour transfer on their website apparently cannot be relied upon. A joke of a company. All I wanted was a transfer that was a similar time to advertised, if there was traffic or an accident making the journey longer, then I would have lived with that, and we would have just got the kids through it. But I have a young family who have a transfer of 3.5+ hours to get through when the website ( which we based the purchase on) said it would be around an hour. It's factually incorrect and was a big part of holiday choice. What parent with a young family is choosing a 3.5 hour transfer, certainly not this one. Farcical when you consider the flight is not that long. Really poor customer service. There are other travel companies out there, I suggest you use them

Just awful, would have given 0 stars if I could. Ordered in advance for 6pm delivery as we had friends round. Its just turned up at 6.50. Cold.
