This is an awful item and like other reviews this product is not what was advertised. It is totally unwearable.

Struggling to cancel my policy. I submitted a cancellation form on the 15th October and had no feedback that this was not successful until they took money from my account again on the 21st. The customer satisfaction person I spoke to basically said I couldn't cancel 'just because it wasn't working out for my son'. When I explained that he has ADHD as discussed in the initial sales call and online sessions were not working I was told I needed to submit his diagnosis letter to prove this to the line manager. It should not be so difficult to stop using a product and such a shame as if ran ethically it provides a useful service when needed. Unfortunately I am very wary of the company after my conversation today.

The cake was left in the hotel lobby and not handed into reception. Luckily the hotel staff found it and kept it safe for me. When we came to eat it that evening it was still frozen in the centre. I had expected a fresh cake at the price not a frozen one and there was no indication on how long to defrost for. It was about 6 hours from point of delivery to consumption at my son's 18th birthday dinner. Although it looked nice it and tasted good once defrosted, it was overall unsatisfactory experience.
