Please don't waste your money

I reflect what everyone else says about this company. DO NOT use.

I was under the impression the company was based in Manchester, that's what their website states.

After 2 weeks from ordering I contacted them to get an ETA, the response was fairly quick and I was told it was being shipped from Asia. I questioned this and said it's supposed to be coming from the UK, she gave me some speil about saving costs etc....

After a month it arrived, way too small, way too long and awful cheap material, nothing liked advertised.

I contacted them to say I wish to return it and I am not shipping it to China as that would be half the cost of the dress. I was told to send pictures, well I'm not sending her a picture of me in a dress that doesn't fit, I have more self-respect.

Surprise, surprise all communication has ceased and I am lumbered with an awful dress.

Yet again, DO NOT use them.

Wouldn't use this company again

Wouldn't use this company again, the reason they are cheap is because there is no back up or customer service.
The product I ordered was advertised as 2-4 working days expedited delivery. By the 4th day I had received nothing.
You cannot speak to a human being, the Whatsapp number they supply is not answered and the online form is the same. I needed this item by today 6th Dec and relied on them honouring their advertising and their invoice.
Their tracking as of today is saying that it has been collected by the courier, so no chance of seeing it for at least another 2-3 days, thus ending up being a 2 week delivery.

DO NOT advertise what you cannot honour.

Excellent

First time dealing with this company and it's probably the best experience we've ever had.
From start to finish Linda was friendly, helpful and knowledgable and the whole procedure was quick and painless.
Would definitely use again and definitely recommend.

Not Happy

I have rated this company but presumaly negative reviews are deleted.
The delivery man was rude and unhelpful. The parcel was large and heavy and my husband offered to open our big driveway gates to assist him, all he got was a grunt and he continued to squeeze through the small gate at the front of the house.
To add insult to injury he left the gate wide open after he left when there is a sign on it to ask for it to be closed because we have a dog, our dog nearly got out onto the road.
