Brilliant sales service but the support I’m getting now is poor.

Due to fly through Dubai Sunday. Last time I spoke to them was Monday 16 and heard nothing since. Insurance is not valid even transit through Dubai, so currently have a package holiday that is worthless. Appreciate this is unprecedented times but they’ve not followed back up on the promised calls.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Don’t be fooled. Awful quality looks nothing like the images on social media or the website. Then you have to pay the costs to ship it back.

Cheap awful clothes. Pretend you’re getting a good deal but you are being ripped off. Wish I’d checked this site first.

Was looked after by James. Great to be able to go and try the treadmills in store as it really helped me get a feel for the size and what worked for my running style. I was considering buying from Amazon and that would have been an expensive mistake as I realised I needed a longer treadmill. James knew his stuff, not pushy and really helpful. Treadmill came in a couple of days, great delivery and so far really happy.

I had a treadmill delivered which I ordered on the Sunday. Delivery was made Tuesday. Kept us updated and the two lads delivering were very friendly and took it to the garden room.
