Warning: This is a scam! I bought the premium version and can't use it. I keep getting logged out. I haven't received any support despite sending multiple emails.

At first, I wanted to use it for free, but it didn't work. I paid $6 for a month. Nothing changed. I contacted technical support, but they were silent. I realized I'd lost my money.

I paid renewal of membership. Account shows I'm a premium member but what ever I want to do, it asks me to upgrate. I contacted support and no reply. I do not recommend this platform.

Doesn't work. You pay for it, and nothing is loading or working.

Keep running into issues when trying to download videos and there is NO ONE to talk to

Actually I used it as a free version but it will work not more than 5 images, video and music files etc. But it is a good software no doubt, easy and cheap if they give me chance to practice may be it's result will be amazing.

Spent an hour and 15 minutes recording a video, then realized when that was done that you need to pay if the recording is over 30 minutes (bait and switch because I saw nothing about needing to pay). Anyways I went ahead and paid, would have been more or less ok but despite 4 exports, each export taking quite a while to render, ALL of the exported recordings are buggy and have no sound or video after a certain point. So they are useless and I wasted time and money on this. Better off using the free version of VEED or many others. I'm in the process of trying to be refunded, but paddle who handles the payments put me in contact with the vendor 123apps. Yeah, I can already tell from these ratings that they are horrible. Which doesn't surprise me because the service itself was buggy and wasted hours of my time.

Very bad company. I paid for premium, but they do not provide any service now.

Unable to save video. Support not responding.

123apps has not confirmed there is an outage with their website on multiple occasions, preventing work from being downloaded.

They do not have any social media accounts to inform their users let alone their premium subs.

I've seen Instances of premium subs being scammed in october 2023 & february 2024.

When it does work, it works. However recent experiences have been not as good as 2023-summer 2024.

123apps are nothing but criminals. They take your money and then the site just stops working. I suddenly can't get a single video I cut, edit or volume boost to show me anything other than a black screen. I've reached out to them 5 times in the last week to try to solve this problem or get my money back and they ignore me. I'm just going to dispute the charge on my card and get my money refunded that way.

What scumbags! I've been subscribing to the service for years, and now I'm getting banned. I can't do anything on their site! I don't care how they operate on their miserable server. It's not my fault! You collected the money every month! Service and nothing?

One of the best services i've ever found for simple things like converting files or cutting audio. Trust me, it's one of the best services you can find, it has everything you need. And the cool thing is that if you have firefox you can quickly acces to it via extention.

Worst of worst. Some of them ask to purchase or subscribe beforehand. This one does all the work doesnt let you export at the end with error or to purchase. SCAM

They will not reply any mail. And it is not possible cancel subscription through mail.
