I activated a yearly subscription for $44 and used the app regularly for projects. Then I canceled the subscription because I wanted to be sure that I was only paying for 1 year.

After 1 month, my fully paid 1-year premium subscription was canceled!

When I asked about it, I didn't get a response. What a pity

I used the site to trim an MP3 file. It was completely free, easy to use and worked like a charm. I did not sign up for a paid plan.
There are limits on the number of files and the file size for the free service, but I think they're rather generous.

Total trash company... Didn't sign up for anything and getting charged 6.00 a month nop way to canccel on site. Bogus

I canceled my subscription with them about 4 months ago. I emailed many times stating I wanted to cancel, but never got a reply back.

So I went into my account and clicked the cancel subscription button and it stated it has been canceled. Well the very next month I see that they charged me again $6.00, well I thought if I deleted my account my payment method would be deleted also, WRONG, I went to my online banking and there it is again, $6.00 charged on 5/30/24.

I'm going to call my bank tomorrow and get a new debit card, this is the only way to get rid of these payment Leeches!!!

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THEM, CAUSE YOU'LL NEVER BE ABLE TO CANCEL, YOU'LL HAVE TO GET A NEW CREDIT/DEBIT CARD!

I spent 3 whole days trying to make a video. When I finished I was so happy and uploaded it to youtube only to see that it had none of the additional pictures and edits I made. i went back to try to fix it, and instead the whole thing re-arranged itself and decided to kill all the 28 minutes of editing. 3 days. for 28 minutes. worst thing to ever exist..

website let me upload a file, edit it, wait for it to upload and process, totalling around 4 hours to tell me "the file you uploaded was too big, pay 6 bucks" after they let me upload the file that was too big. i do not wish the best for whoever made this website

Poor performance in terms of handling the files. Even the free version does not provide what it is supposed to provide.

I bought premium to remove the file size and time limits, and it was a waste of money. Most of the time, when saving your edits, an encoding error message appears and the entire work fails. The screen recording function is a dummy. It works for very short recordings, but the limit states that recordings can be up to an hour and 30 minutes long. The watermark removal feature is very limited, and it is more of a blur than a removal. The end result is a blurry spot in the place of the watermark. The contact option is a fiction, they never respond to sent messages or bug reports - never.

When it's working it is a very good service but when errors occur or when the uploading freezes there is no support whatsoever. There is the ability to use their "contact us" button but it is ignored EVERY time!
Use the free service but DON'T upgrade!!!

I hadn't used the service for 7 months signed up again and was back billed for all 7 months! Terrible practice and I'm sure not legal. Steer clear of this site!

Seemingly no way to contact customer service from the website? I subscribed to Premium because my video was over the 30-minute limit, then when trying to save my work, I was hit with an encoding error - no explanation of what this might mean or how I can remedy it, nor a link or instructions to contact someone for help. I basically wasted £4.90 for nothing.

Need to convert my VOB file to see an image and then only split function works correctly, editing not, I have lost hours creating a project and at time of saving, i systematically got "encoding error",
Send few messages to support, i never get any feedback.

To get any help is almost impossible. 72 hours after my initial contact they sent an email stating the payment was applied to July when I had no access to the apps premium services.
They have no way to adequately address their thievery.
They make it so difficult as to find any recourse to their convoluted accounting that it is clearly an attempt to stonewall any actual resolution.

The company didn't make it clear that they were going to charge me repeatedly. When I discovered they were doing so, I put a stop to it and asked for a refund of the money they took from me without my permission. That was over a year ago, and I'm done trying. They haven't even responded, only their 3rd party site (Paddle) has responded, but it's to tell me they've reached out to 123apps. So, I'm done chasing, and instead, I'll give them this review so as to warn others to stay away. Their stuff isn't quality on the pay account anyways, use the free stuff for basics, and go buy quality software elsewhere.

Do not subscribe. you can't get rid of it, not even the monthly subscription

I have no premium plan for this company. It works pretty well. If you want to work on bigger file sizes you can choose premium plans. It works pretty well.

I love my 123 audio joiner and video editor.
Its free, very fast and you can do loads of handy things with videos and music.
The software is dead easy to use, the pages are easy to navigate
It is probably the best audio / video I have come across.

They took my money to a year. Bur i only clicked on a month for 32DKK. Is it scam?
