Prompt delivery of a set of niche size ball bearings to repair a typewriter. Postage from France wasn’t cheap but could not be sourced in the U.K.

Despite being sent from outside the U.K. they were delivered very quickly with no duty to pay on this small order (less than £40). I’ll certainly use them again for oil seals, especially unusual sizes.

Hello Sean,
Thank you for your comment. You were registered as a private individual, but you represent a company, so your EORI number was required to cross the border. When we got the information from the carrier your parcel was in return shipment but we couldn't know that before.
Now, if you have any spare parts, please send us your EORI number so that we can place another order.
Sincerely, The 123bearing team.
Ease of self service.
I was able to find what I wanted from the dimensions on your website. The items arrived well within the expected time and fitted perfectly.
