Snel en eenvoudig geregeld
Snel en eenvoudig geregeld, fijn dat voor ca. 10 euro extra per dag alle risico’s konden worden afgekocht, niet nodig gehad maar zeker gezien het zeer slechte wegdek in het national park en naar de mangrove toch een prettig gevoel. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst, fijn dat we bij de locatie werden opgehaald, snelle overdracht van een keurige en fijne auto inclusief routes en leuke kortingscoupons en nog snellere inlevering van de auto (sleutel geven en klaar) en weer keurig afgezet bij de accommodatie. Top ervaring!

Hartelijk dank voor je geweldige review, Ilja! We zijn blij te horen dat alles snel en eenvoudig geregeld was en dat je de optie om alle risico's af te kopen voor een extra bedrag per dag waardeerde. Vooral in gebieden met slecht wegdek, zoals het nationaal park en naar de mangrove, biedt dit inderdaad een prettig gevoel van zekerheid. Fijn dat je de vriendelijke ontvangst, het ophalen bij de locatie, en de snelle en efficiënte overdracht van de auto als positief hebt ervaren. Het doet ons goed dat de inclusieve routes en kortingscoupons goed van pas kwamen en dat de inlevering van de auto vlot verliep. We streven ernaar om elke ervaring bij 123 Car Rental top te maken, en we zijn blij dat dit bij jou ook het geval was. We kijken ernaar uit om je in de toekomst opnieuw van dienst te kunnen zijn.

Easiest, relaxed car rental we ever encountered! We rented last year from them and had no second thoughts about renting again this year. Both times we got a brand new car.., thank you!

Very good local tips and no hidden tricks or costs whatsoever. Pickup and dropoff where you want and no endless paperwork.

Zeer prettig verhuur bedrijf
Reserveren van de auto was super eenvoudig. Ook de communicatie daarna over hoe de auto kon worden opgehaald e.d was snel en helder. De auto zelf was zo goed als nieuw en voldeed prima. Het ophalen en weer inleveren op de luchthaven ging zonder problemen. Wij moesten helaas de auto een paar dagen eerder inleveren omdat we eerder naar huis moesten vanwege persoonlijke omstandigheden en kregen zonder dat we er om vroegen ons geld terug voor de niet gebruikte huurdagen. Hulde!!. Wij kunnen 123 car rental warm aanbevelen.

Fijn dat de auto aan jullie verwachtingen voldeed. We streven ernaar om het ophalen en inleveren zo soepel mogelijk te laten verlopen, en het is goed om te horen dat dit gelukt is. We betreuren de persoonlijke omstandigheden die een vervroegd vertrek noodzakelijk maakten, maar zijn blij dat we jullie konden ondersteunen door de kosten voor de niet gebruikte huurdagen terug te geven.

During high season I managed to rent a car at 123. They did their upmost to help and get one. Good quality almost new fleet.

2nd OUTSTANDING experience at 124
Our 2nd rental at 123 and they never disappoint. Rubin and staff are professional and VERY helpful, sharing information about the island. We had to extend our rwntal a week and Rubin confirmed availability within an hour of our WhatsApp request. Their trucks are newer and in great shape. The BEST rental place on Bonaire, and we've rented at many over the years.

Great service, very friendly en helpful staff and a perfect car (Toyota Hilux 2.4 TD). Also very easy to rent without all kind of restrictions, rules, etc.
