Ellen has been great and she is very gentle and patient. I was so distressed after my ticket was cancelled the day before my departure and l contacted her and she helped in a very short space of time, within an hour .She managed book an affordable flight despite that the prizes had gone up due to the current political unrest in the Middle East.SHE IS THE BEST .l will definitely consult her in the near future.

I don't dislike or have any thing bad to say as its my first time using the company. Service so far has been very good for that I give them 5 stars. Also Ellen the fight agent was very patient helpful and friendly she desrves 6 stars. I just hope nothing changes my mind

On the 10th. June whilst paying this Agency, I made payment twice and since then they have been tossing me here and there because of my refund. Today is 25th. June and since Monday, I was promised the money will be in my account. I have been patronizing this Agency for over 3 years. This is un professional. They have refused to take my calls.

I’m writing to express my extreme disappointment with the recent experience I had with 123 Flights — a service I once trusted and regularly recommended.

What was once a reliable and customer-focused company has now become unrecognisable. I reached out via WhatsApp / call with a query and was shocked to receive no meaningful response for an entire day. The delay appeared to stem from a lack of basic understanding of the issue, rather than volume or workload — which is even more concerning.

After waiting 24 hours, I followed up with a phone call, only to be spoken to with a tone that was rude, unhelpful, and completely lacking in professionalism. There was no empathy, no attempt to resolve the matter, and absolutely no sign of the courteous service your team was once known for. Frankly, the attitude displayed was dismissive and bordering on disrespectful.

I have made several bookings with 123 Flights in the past and had always appreciated the good service — but this recent experience has completely changed my perception. I no longer feel valued as a customer, and based on this unacceptable treatment, I will not be using your service again. Moreover, I will be cautioning friends and family to look elsewhere for their travel needs.

It’s truly disappointing to see such a sharp decline in the way customer concerns are handled. I hope you take this feedback seriously and urgently address the issues within your customer service approach before more loyal customers are driven away.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the recent level of customer service I experienced with 123 Flights. As a loyal customer who has made multiple bookings through your platform in the past, I have always appreciated the prompt and professional service you once offered. Unfortunately, that standard has significantly declined.
Most recently, I encountered an issue which required assistance. It took over 24 hours to receive a response to a simple WhatsApp message, and it was evident the delay was due to a lack of clarity on how to handle the matter. When I followed up with a call after the long wait, I was shocked by the rude and dismissive attitude of the person I spoke with. The conversation was handled with minimal courtesy and no willingness to help – a far cry from the service I had come to expect from your team.
This experience has made it clear that the customer care standards at 123 Flights have deteriorated. Not only was the issue unresolved for an unreasonable length of time, but the manner in which it was handled was unprofessional and unacceptable.

Regrettably, I will no longer be using 123 Flights for my travel needs and will be advising others to exercise caution as well. It's unfortunate to see a service I once trusted and recommended lose its reliability and customer focus.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and helps prompt an internal review of how customer interactions are being managed.

Greatly pleased with 123flights service, had a very bad experience with another travel agent prior to contacting 123flight, they went above and beyound in supporting me greatly in resolving my issues with the other agency and recovering my money, nothing was too much for them, and even when i was almost giving up my travel as tickets have gone really high , 123flights came up with the best offer i couldnt get else where with such a transparent easy to confirm ticket, I'm sticking with 123flights moving forward, can't recommend 123flights enough, my profound gratitude to Jade who attended to me with her very exceptional and proffessional service.
