Ordered a Diablo range sofa and after a week the leather creased. After a couple of emails with pictures of the problem they agreed to exchange it for a new one. The new sofa arrived and within a month the foam fabric flattened. They did not reply emails and couldn't be reached about this issue. After two-three months the leather started to wear and tear. To have spent over £1000 for this garbage is without a doubt THE WORST BUY I HAVE DONE IN MY LIFE. I hope that others don't do the same mistake as I did, that is to buy a sofa from this company!!

After less,than six months of purchasing a suite from this company the seating cushions were flat as a pancake "just plump them up " they said......never worked & stuffing was coming through the stitching....then I was told that I needed to purchase foam seating at an extra cost of course!.....I did & few months later they were the same! after numerous calls photographs sent they took sofa back to have a look at it....they than said a strap had gone on base and they had fixed it sofa was sent back to us.....nothing whatsoever had been done to it & problem was the same as it had been prior to sending it back...our chair had same problems and it was also sent back....that was September.....it is now January & we have had no response back from company!
We are disgusted with the customer service and have decided to cut our losses and have now bought a suite made by a reputable named company from a reputable shop never again will I purchase such a big item online this suite is made from sub standard materials and we are considering contacting trading standards as this suite is not serving the purchase it was designed for.....A sofa should last a lot longer than a year and from day 1 has been the most uncomfortable thing I have ever sat on! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone! If you are buying a sofa go to a shop where you can try before you buy !

Having gone to the sofa shops near where I live, we did fell in love with a few sofas that had the jumbo cord material on. But the only downside was prices were starting from a £1,000 although they did offer finance with these deals it didnt appeal to us. So having to look some where else for a good deal with a good price and a quality sofa we stumbled upon 123sofa.

I must admit the look and feel of the website isnt like the other website but with the prices they mentioned, it was worth a look.

They offered a similar model called a riva corner that we saw in the shops and decided to go with this as we knew what it was going to be like. They also stated a quicker delivery time than the shop we went into orignally and they delivered quicker than stated.

To this day the sofa I say is a quality built and Im happy with what we paid for and recived.
