Sells faulty smoke alarms then refuses to replace them even though they have acknowledged they caused the fault themselves by allowing humidity to get into the units when they was initially transported and that newer models have an extra protective coating to eliminate the issue (constant clicking sounds from St-620)

The unit is still under warranty as shows the end of 2022 on it but they refuse to replace it and just suggested I buy another from them, asked to speak to a manager and was told one would contact me but they never did.

As they are trying to profit from selling faulty goods I wouldn't recommend buying from this company as they appear to just care about profits rather than customers

I bought two smoke detectors, branded 'Fireangel'. They had a non-replaceable 10 year battery warranty. Both detectors failed within 4 years. On both occasions, the alarms started alarming when there was no fire, smoke or steam. There was no dust. They just failed. I am a very disappointed customer as I have now had several nights of disturbed sleep and worry that there was perhaps an unidentified dangerous issue within the house. There was not. Customer services were good in that they sent new smoke detectors, but I DO NOT NOW TRUST THESE PRODUCTS AND WOULD NOT BUY ONE AGAIN OR ADVISE ANYONE ELSE TO DO SO. THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH YOUR PRODUCT WHICH NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED. It's 1 star for product and 4 stars for Customer Service

I had an issue with a Sprue/Fireangel product. I contacted FireAngel and found their customer service to be excellent. Very fast response, and appropriate resolution. After sending replacement product with no quibbles, Fireangel showed a very reassuring concern for investigating a possible fault rather than taking the short-term easy option of sweeping the problem under the carpet. FireAngel clearly trusts their own products and want to continue improving. I'm impressed!
