If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. I know it’s annoying to have people complain because I work in customer service, but I still haven’t even received a reply on my situation. I ordered $50 worth of merchandise and sent the transfer well within the three days they stated. They cancelled my order after a week of several messages being sent and did not refund my money. I would really appreciate a response or at least a refund because this is very unprofessional.
