We are very pleased with the service that 1st Security has provided. They were efficient, professional and knowledgeable. Our home is now safe in 1st Security's hands.

After our contract with our previous alarm monitoring company was up, I started shopping around for new service. After an exhausting search (and a misstep with another monitoring company), I'm really happy I found 1st Security.

I was happy with the monthly fee but, more importantly, I felt like the level of service we received was the most bang for our buck and the best I came across during our search. Based on my experience, I would recommend 1st Security to others.

After much research and quotes from the usual vendors in our area. We made up our mind and called 1st SecurityUSA. They were prompt, thorough and they did not seem like they were trying to sell. Larry explained the process and gave us the best deal. At first we were not sure if 1st SecurityUSA was legit, since they were basically giving us state of the art monitoring for a lot lesser than your usual players in the market. So we decided to talk more with the competitors, I was disappointed, since none of the folks who gave us quote got back to us let alone answer our questions. So we called 1st SecurityUSA and they were awesome, I basically got an unbelievable deal, which includes home monitoring, thermostat control and garage door sensors. The phone app has tons of great features (geo fence), I literally forget to arm the security systems many times, the geo fence feature alerts me when I leave the geo fence boundary and arms the security, similarly when I enter the boundary, my thermostat kicks on to regulate my home for me. This is not it, recently I added another feature to my system, it was so easy to get the technical support, and I mean Larry helped in like 10mins. I have recommended 1st SecurityUSA to all my friends and family, they are all etching to finish their contract period with their home monitoring company.

The alarm system couldn't be easier to use. The app is genius and very convenient. All staff has been extremely helpful and knowledgable. It's a relief to know I am safe and 1st Security USA is there whenever I need them. Thanks for your great customer service.

First off - great customer service. Larry called me within one day of purchasing to go over the details of my home and what we were looking for. Scheduling was very flexible. They have evening and weekend appointments. Installation went smoothly and he took his time explaining the system to us. We are not "tech" people and this system is very easy for us to use. We even got a follow up phone call the next day to see if we had any questions. A+ for this company and I will recommend to my friends and family.

1st Security was able to install and upgrade my existing system within 12 hours of my initial request. They were very professional and thorough during and after installation process. They didn't try to push or hard sale any products and most of all they "listened" and "fulfilled" to what I expressed as my needs and wants in a security system. I was helped by two Gentleman by the name of Kelly and Larry. They were both very professional and personable and the entire process all the way from information gathering to the install was seamless and worry free.

1st security provides the most technologically advanced panel on the market and for a price you will NOT find any where else. I did a lot of price shopping before I finally decided to sign up with them.

From the moment I called Kelly Schauf of 1st Security I knew I was in good hands. Kelly spent the time to go over my alarm needs and walked me through a detailed description of the recommended equipment and monitoring service options. The installer, Dominic, was outstanding. He was professional, efficient, ensured that all my questions were answered, and made sure that I was familiar with the options available on the keypad before he left. I have also been impressed with the monitoring service, Dynamark. I have already talked to them a few times and I feel my alerts are going to be answered quickly.

If I had known how easy and affordable it was, I would've called years ago. Everyone I spoke with was helpful and friendly. They took the time to answer all of our questions, and were patient when we didn't understand. It is so easy to use and I love the phone app--it allows me to know who comes in and out of our house (and when), when a door is opened, and it will even remind me to set the alarm if I have left the house and forgot (and I can do so remotely)!

I searched for months for the right home security system and one of the last ones I came across was 1st Security. I am glad I waited. When speaking to Larry, the sales representative, he was far more knowledgeable and professional than the other companies I spoke with. He explained everything in detail, helped me weigh my options and built a package that was specific to our needs, and at a very reasonable and competitive price.

When the system was installed, the representative was very helpful and knowledgeable as well.

A few things I learned from my research are:
-many other companies require self-install, 1st security does not
-the key pad / display is far superior with 1st security than others
-1st security does not lock you into a plan, although there is a 3 year contract it can be upgraded to add other features, rolled over to a new owner of your home or taken with you
-this system is wireless and can connect to wifi to call authorities if cell towers are down
-this system allows mobile controls

I have had an alarm system through 1st Security and I cannot say anything negative about it. The system works great and makes my family and me feel safer at home. The people working at 1st Security are reliable and available to help when issues occur. So far, I've had one issue with one of my sensors falling- but it was quickly and easily resolved!

After much research on the internet of alarm companies, I decided to go with 1st Security. They had great reviews, no BBB filings and they seemed to have state of the art equipment. I spoke with Larry and Kelly and they were both very helpful. And most importantly they were not PUSHY! I spoke with some other alarm companies and felt like I was dealing with a used car salesman. No pressure at all from 1st Security. I gave them a 4-star review instead of a 5 because I have not been with the company long enough. I will review again after a few months. But as of today I definitely recommend them .

The process was much more complicated than expected. Luckily, Larry knows how to walk you through a solid install.

I must say , I am not much of a Techy person . I was dreading the whole process . Thank you Larry ! For making me sleep better at night . You made it easy and in a hour I had it all up and understood how it works . . I would recommend you and your products to my friends .

My system is newly installed thanks to the amazing customer service at 1st Security. It was easy, painless and a lot less expensive than some of the other companies that i researched (including the one that I just left). I now feel a great sense of safety having 1st Security watching over my family and also in knowing that the staff is so willing to help me and genuinely concerned in my comfort with the system. I did research on several home alarm system companies and found 1st Security to be superior in regards to both technology and overall customer experience. The salesman, Harold, did a full web meeting showing the system, the capabilities, and the overall pricing. The technical support by Larry was also very good, walking me through the entire process to set up, and later add elements to, the system.

Larry Conner was awesome and helped me get an install issue I was having resolved in 5 minutes. I had put it off for 2 weeks thinking it would be laborious and time consuming - a few quick buttons and my issue was resolved instantly. Responsiveness to my initial phone call for service was almost too fast. Highly recommend them.
