Received broken item
Received broken item. Told to send back, when did I got a message from royal mail saying no longer at this address. Phoned shopping centre they said they moved ages ago. Tried contacting them again and had no reply. Can't find contacting number anywhere

I can see that we have been in regular contact with you and now managed to resolve this delivery issue with Royal Mail.
As you are aware, our regular postman was on holiday last week and the relief postman covering the route failed to deliver to us last Wednesday and Thursday, instead marking the items as 'no longer at this address' on one day and then 'no answer' on the other. This affected several items, not just yours.
We made several trips to our local delivery office to collect the items and upon speaking to the manager we found out that the postman concerned did not know where our warehouse was and simply marked them as undeliverable rather than try to find us!
This issue has now been resolved and normal service has resumed.
I am also pleased to see that we have now processed your return and set up a replacement on the system, which will be shipped as soon as it arrives.
We had a physical store in the Eden Shopping Centre, High Wycombe for many years, but following Covid we moved to a dedicated 4000 sq ft warehouse facility. This is still located within the shopping centre, but is not open to the public.
As you can see in the photograph I sent to you our warehouse is clearly marked on the Eden Shopping Centre Service Yard maps which are used by all couriers / delivery companies when making deliveries, so there is really no excuse why the postman concerned could not complete the delivery at the time.

Birthday present - My order went in on the 1st May 2026…
My order went in on the 1st May 2026 which was a pre order that was due in June. I emailed 3 week in June for an update & was told they had just arrived in. I received my order 2 days later so I was really pleased.
